The Golf Club of Cypress Creek

Started off like a golf nightmare. Striping shots on the range, Lou shows up and gives me 10 swing thoughts to start my round. Cmon buddy. No starter on the course lead to major issues by the back 9. 3 groups on the hole, every hole. It was brutal.

We used to play this coarse often stopped when it went down hill it's back to it's old glory great fair ways wonderful greens can't wait to play again thanks for bringing it back 💯🏌️

Have been playing Cypress Creek for 28 years. Have seen a lot of changes to make course easier.

Course condition is as good as I have ever seen it,

Fairways and tees were lush and greens

were good.

Course was in the best shape ivy ever seen

Greens were perfect

All the fairways had plenty of grass in the middle, considering we are in a drought. The sides of some fairways had spots that were a combo of sand and dirt, so keep your ball in the middle

They’re working hard to improve the conditions and it shows

My one complaint would be the consistency of the bunkers

Some were Sandy and playable, others were more like low tide at the beach

Played as a threesome in about 3 hrs 15 minutes

Go play this course. Very challenging layout

The course is owned and operated by the #13 operator in the country.... you would expect more.

- Tee boxes and fairways were good, the greens receptive. Bunkers were very poorly maintained, from the burnt growth rings you could tell the cups had not ben changed for a couple of weeks.

- There is no starter, you just go when you want, that is not good for pace of play.

- The carts are in need of repairs, the one I had made noises when I turned, sped up or slowed down, though the front suspension was going to just break, and the tires were bald, but it had a full color GPS touchscreen. (lipstick on a pig situation.

- Overall this is a decent course, that needs TLC from the grounds keeper.

The golf carts have been disgusting. What's the point of having someone fake clean the carts, just charge them up. I digress, can you please do a better job of cleaning the carts. Clean out the cigarette butts and bottle caps as well as spraying water on the carts.

I used to play this course all the time and it used to be in really great shape and I love the layout but going back this time. The condition of the course is pretty bad. We’re only about five of the 18 greens aren’t completely a mess. I always like playing it because it’s a fun course with lots of variation and the type of shots you need to hit, but they need to do something about the entire thing especially the greens.

Great course, a little bit of everything water bunkers, challenging layout. Tea boxes is in greens are in very good condition, the putting area is not open due to restarting. Other than that terrific day!

For this time of the year the course (tees, greens,fairways, and traps) were in good shape. The holes have water that comes into play on a number of holes. Keep the ball out of trouble and you can post a good score on some of the shorter holes.

Played as a twosome and finished in 3:20

Would hv been quicker but ran into a foursome on 14

Cart paths will beat you to death. Lots of places where you cannot get a good lie in the fairway due to lack of grass. Was not worth the money they charge.

The course has some great features. The layout is really good and some interesting holes. It definitely requires you to make some good shots.
