Bloomingdale Golfers Club sits on 220 acres of natural terrain with 100-year-old oaks, natural marsh preserves teeming with wildlife, fields of flowers, and thirteen lakes. Fun Outgoing
Course is heavily played. Fairways are thin. Greens are good and difficult.
Pace of play was very slow on a Saturday.
Greens fees for a weekend were average.
Would play there again.
Poor pace of play
Way overbooked. Nice course but they booked several tee times together and crowded the course. Greens were fast but the pace of play was atrocious.
Over booked
Very slow play on a crowded golf course. Staff is friendly and carts work great (bring a phone charger for the cart USB ports). But plan on group behind you hitting into you as a result of impatience.
What is taking so long?!
25-30 minutes behind schedule. 5 hour round. Way too many people on the course.
Tough Greens
1st time [laying here. Hard to get green speed and therefore break. Mostly good condition. but areas of thin or weak turf. Good layout.
Great Relaxing Course
This is not the best track in the area but for a great day out you can not do better. Multiple tee boxes give great looks at well kept fairways. Well positioned sand traps are great. Sand is like flour, really well kept.
Greens are challenging, large,small,elevated and undulating. Well kept for the most part, slow but true.
Water is all around but manageable.
Par threes are tough.
Great time.
Nice layout
A very good course. Thoughtful layout that is fair to the average golfer.
Maybe too many people that effected the pace of play.
