A. J. Jolly Golf Course

I went with my two boys and I couldn't have picked a better weather day to play. Gorgeous. Course was way more than expected and the staff was great too. A drink cart would have been nice but not needed. Beautiful greens and fairways. I will be back again this year.

For a short hitter like me this is a good course. Not that the course is short but rather course is played by position rather than length. Lots of difficult tee shots that require landing in certain areas. Also very small flat areas on greens so holes are

Protected that way as well. Beware of thick rough, balls can disappear in there be sure where ball lands.

The course was in terrific shape. Greens were fast and had some break to them which made it a challenging round. Overall great condition for everything and super friendly staff. Only negative I had was the slow play of the group in front of us. Really put a damper on the rouND and made it hard to get in a rythym.

Nice place to play. I would go there again.

My first time playing this course will not be my last. The staff was absolutely amazing, super nice and friendly. The condition of the course was outstanding. The rough was not too high so you could still find stray tee shots but still long enough to make it noticeable. The fairways were in great shape and the greens were challenging but fun! Will definitely be playing this course again!

I've grown up playing this course. In my 30+ years of playing here, the conditions today were immaculate. Tee boxes, fairways, greens, sand traps...excellent. The rough is thick and plentiful, keeping you honest. I caught a hot deal and saved some money. Although I would gladly pay full price. They do run specials occasionally, get on their mailing list. Go play Jolly, you won't regret it. Also, please replace your divots and fix your ball marks...don't be that guy/gal.

I wont be back. I am a senior citizen and there are no forward tees for seniors making the course very extremely long for me. Some holes are golf carts on paths only, which again makes it hard for seniors. They should have handicap flags for us, which most courses have.

Course was in good shape. Greens a little slow but still early in season. Bunkers in good shape. Worth the price.

if you are not in the fairway your ball are going to be lost.

The staff was enjoyable, course was in great shape and it's a great place for beginners like myself with the wide open fairways!

Greens are the best I have ever seen at AJ Jolly. True rolls and very few ball marks not repaired. The fairways and tee boxes are also in great shape. Due to the conditions of the course, I think it is the best course for your money when playing in Northern Kentucky...Sept 2015.

Course conditions were incredible. Staff was friendly and warm. I would recommend this course to anyone. Views are nice, wildlife is abundant, course has some challenging holes and some not so challenging holes, so for the typical weekend golfer I think it sets up nice without being too difficult or too easy.

The course looked nice, we were excited to play a hilly course as that is something we aren't used to. The staff was helpful and very nice. Pace of play was excruciating. After 3 1/3 hours we had only 11 holes and had waited for every shot on every hole. I don't know if there was an outting in front of us or letting twosomes play through foursomes just isn't done but it was not fun. We were disappointed not to finish our round but didn't have time to stay for the last 7 holes :(

I am very happy with A.J. Jolly golf course. I can honestly say it's my favorite course to play on in northern Kentucky. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. You can definitely tell that they care about their customers satisfaction. And now with the great deals you can find on golfnow it's more affordable.

This course is beautifully maintained, it's a course designed well enough that everyone can enjoy it from beginners to good players. It's scenic so you don't have any noise from cars trucks things like that, its part of like a park with a lake and camping and things like that which makes it a great place to plan a weekend. The only negative thing I have is that because it's such a nice course it's generally pretty crowded, however that doesn't usually slow your pace down unless a group in front of you doesn't know how to play. Also the greens are very fast, which made them challenging for me personally. None the less great course, I love it and definitely will be playing there a lot

The course is always in good shape and a great bargain compared to other courses in the area, but I am less likely to book through golfnow at this course because they paired us up with a random 4th. I realize this can happen but I was meeting college buddies I rarely see and instead of talking to them I was forced into awkward interaction with a stranger before 8am. No thanks

However, we had to leave after 9 as the pace of play way some of the worst I've seen. Backup of 4 groups at the 6th hole. 9 holes took 3 hours.
Staff did issue us 1/2 of our money back for our issues.
I will go back as I said, but not sure if I'll try Saturday after again.

My original group was a twosome, but opted to pair up with another twosome since two groups of three were ahead of us - unfortunately we had to wait on the group ahead of us for most of the front nine. The other pair was wonderful to play with on the beautiful day of sun. As always, the course was in great shape, the greens were excellent, and the views superb. I'm hoping to get a few more rounds in this season at A.J. Jolly.

It had been raining all week and the course was very wet, but in amazing condition.The staff was very friendly. I will be playing this course again this year. Great job!
