Great Course!
This course has everything you would want in a reasonably priced course. Its not a country club, but I find it more friendly and it's nice to have a casual golf course that is so well maintained. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. My wife and I have played the Friday couples deal twice now and will continue to do so.
Good course for the money, greens in excellent shape.
The course was in good condition. Greens were in excellent condition, and played fast. Pace of play was average.
Played from the tips and course still seemed short. Overall experience was good.

Conditions in the area are now considered drought. After an unseasonably cool July thru mid August it's back around 90 for the last couple of weeks with no rain. Jolly is managing it well. Fairways are in good shape, greens are in great shape.
I wouldn't consider this an extremely difficult course, but it is a solid challenge. Shot placement and club selection is the name of the game here due to sloping hills and doglegs.

FANTASTIC GREENS!!! Beautiful layout, and great customer service.
I couldn't believe how well the new greens rolled. They are literally like what you'll get at a mid-level country club. Tee Boxes were excellent. Service and pace of play was great.
Beautiful scenery with lots of trees.
Couse is challenging for men and women. Rough is playable, and the fairways and greens are in great condition. Pro shop is small, but the workers are extremely accommodating.

Have been playing at A. J. Jolly since it opened in 1962. Very nice course and in excellent condition this year.
The fairways were in awful shape.
The greens were in great shape but the fairways were all brown.
No Service
Worst customer service that I've ever experienced. I will never go back to this course again and I want my money back! Tried to split us up from our group! Fairways were in awful condition also! The guy we talked to wouldn't even listen to us!
Hadn't played AJ Jolly in nearly 20 years
I played AJ this past Sunday. The course was pretty straight and you couldn't really get into a ton of trouble any where.
The tees, fairway and greens where in good shape. The rough was long, but not real thick.
I would definitely play it again.
Nice Course
The course was in good shape, especially the new greens. Be careful though as they are faster than the old greens. The course itself is beautiful with the big lake and tons of old trees. While not a real long course, it is difficult enough to challenge a good player but not so difficult that a below average player cannot have an enjoyable day.
