Fun Golf Experience

Played on a beautiful day and we’re paired with two delightful gentlemen. Course in good condition for this time of year. Greens will keep you guessing. Nice choice of tee boxes to accommodate a variety of abilities .

Good course

Gulf Shores is a nice layout with some risk/reward opportunities and some good challenges. Very playable, green are full of slope and subtle breaks as well. I would and likely will play it again this trip.

Would currently advise golfers to call the clubhouse to determine best way to drive to course as there is construction of a roundabout at the entrance.

Lucky and unlucky

I grabbed a tee time here on the Golf Now app and got a real good price. Traveling with my wife who doesn't golf so was a single and expected a lot of waiting on a busy course. The bad luck is there was rain the previous night so it was path only. The good luck is that it dissuaded most golfers and I was able to cruise around at a good pace. With the exception of the wetness which inhibited roll, the course was in good condition, greens in good shape and rolled well and the layout was interesting. With the exception of path only and no roll, I enjoyed my round there just fine.
