About
Although there are many other desert golf courses in the Phoenix area, Apache Creek Golf Club offers one challenging championship course that requires the use of every club. The golf course features wide open fairways and undulating greens that are sloped back to front, some are also double-tiered. There are also numerous sand and grass bunkers protecting the fairways and greens. Extensive mounding on the course cause uneven lies and water hazards come into play on a few holes. The most difficult of the several demanding holes on this golf course, is the lengthy par-5, 10th hole. Apache Creek Golf Club also boasts two practice greens, a pitching and chipping green with a sand trap, and a large driving range with various targets.

Golfer Reviews
Excellent value
My first time playing here, nice people, nice layout...greens were faster than they appeared!
they are preparing to overseed, but still had a great time.
Fair amount of desert can come into play but lots of openings for a decent second shot.
Would not recommend.
My teetime was early afternoon. They were running fifteen minutes behind. . The course of play was extremely slow. It took over 5 hours to finish. Carts were gas powered and old. To get a cooler of ice you were expected to make a purchase at the bar. No water coolers on the golf course. Fairways and greens were in decent shape. Bunkers were like hitting off hard dirt. Course layout was horrible....we were getting sprayed with golf balls almost every other hole...bring a helmet!.
Great conditions post storm
Its AJ Creek. Basic, flat, wide open. In great condition post storm
Very good condition
Fairways and greens in great shape. Greens could be a little faster for my liking. It's definitely worth playing!
Beat the storm!
Its not in immaculate shape but your gane isn't either!
For $45 its well worth it. Lots of weekend warriors so keep your head on a swivel and aware of wild shots.
We finished in 3.5 hours just ahead of the wicked storm.
Great value
The course is in good shape and the price was right ! Played another neighborhood course last week and it was about 15$ more and not worth it .
Great condition
Surprisingly in great condition for this stage of summer. We had a great time and course looked good. Greens played true. Will be back soon
Great condition!
Course in great shape! Greens and fairways are excellent. Proshop well stocked, Staff very accommodating.
Put this corse on your must play list. You won't be disappointed.
Always a fun track to play. One item of concern is the cup holes on the greens. No sharp edges made it almost impossible to “die in” putts. I must have lipped out half of the holes. Not sure they change hole positions.
