About
Although there are many other desert golf courses in the Phoenix area, Apache Creek Golf Club offers one challenging championship course that requires the use of every club. The golf course features wide open fairways and undulating greens that are sloped back to front, some are also double-tiered. There are also numerous sand and grass bunkers protecting the fairways and greens. Extensive mounding on the course cause uneven lies and water hazards come into play on a few holes. The most difficult of the several demanding holes on this golf course, is the lengthy par-5, 10th hole. Apache Creek Golf Club also boasts two practice greens, a pitching and chipping green with a sand trap, and a large driving range with various targets.

Nice course just behind schedule
Started off 25 minutes late from our tee time and waiting on every shot. Very slow play that day and took around 5 hours for 18 holes. I would play it again.
Course was nice but staff is something to be desired.
The course is actually pretty decent. The greens rolled true and they were a good speed. The starters not sure how they fell behind but they did. 20 minutes after our tee time we finally got to play. They just seemed clueless and struggled with getting people going.
Pace of play was extremely slow. 5 plus hour round is unacceptable. Like usual there was a Marshall driving around but like the starters he also seemed clueless. I would recommend this course because the course is in nice shape just be prepared for slow play and outside staff who are clueless.
Nice greens
Great value, nice greens, fairways still a little shaggy. 4 hr 10 min round.
Grass is growing in nice
Already letting carts out at 90*, not that busy, pretty pleasant
For an early over seed this course is in fantastic shape. And the cart 90 degrees rule is very fair so not to hold up play by cart path only which slows play down way too much.
Course was in great shape, reasonably priced still.
The fairways and greens were in good shape for the time of year, still green. I did find some green paint on my ball from the fairway which is likely why it looks so green. Still has water on the course as well and was easy to get a tee time.
