Prescott Golf Club

This fun and playable mountain layout is a really a bargain for summertime play and an easy drive from the Phoenix area as well. The altitude and perfect green conditions make for a most enjoyable round. A must try for any player seeking the Cool!

Early start made it a fun 3hrs. This is a nice test. Great weather.

Course was in great condition and had a lot of fun playing. Greens were in good condition along with the fairways. Will play this course again.

Prescott CC has always been a personal favorite. Live in north Phx so in the summertime it's only a 50 min. Drive to get out the heat. Great course

The course is well maintained and fairly easy to navigate. Most play is at a normal speed of about four and one half hours. The day was warm so rapid play was appreciated. There are no water coolers on the course, only two machines that dispense water or sodas for $2.25 per bottle. This was a drawback since I did not have the correct change. There is also a snack shack at the turn.

I have played here many times. The course is always in very good condition. We would like to see a beverage cart out on the course.

Haved played here 3 times and really enjoy the wide fairways and chagiling greens. Not to difficult to be fun.Very well maintained.The views are great.

Overall I would say this course is definitely a good bang for your buck. At 20 dollars to play 18 holes I would do it in a heartbeat.

the course is in excellent shape although the greens were a little fuzzy. You had to hit a little harder to reach the pin. After the third hole, we were better prepared for the stroke required. We didn't find an easy par three; wife and I were a touch off. We'd definitely play again when we're in the area.

The course was well maintained. The course design offered both challenging and easy holes, making it a great course for the beginner or intermediate golfer. The staff was friendly and the weather was great.

I thought the course was average, nothing special. Staff was nice. Condition was fair to good. Major problem was the wind.

Enjoyed the course layout, especially with the tree-lined fairways, and pace of play was okay (wasn't a very busy day). The rough seemed fairly benign at first, but found that it was very thick and therefore appropriately penal. I think that the course was too long from the forward tees for the average woman golfer, especially with the often windy conditions. Could really impact pace of play on a busy day. Would not recommend the food at the grill.

Good layout and the fairways are perfect. The greens are very hard and bumpy. Another few weeks and it should be perfect.

The Prescott G & CC is a mature course built in the traditional style. Generous fairways are lined with large trees. The greens are large, but do have slope and undulations as well as some elevation and can be very challenging with difficult pin placements. It is an enjoyable course to play and, in the fall, the trees are loaded with apples. Great value for the money, the course will challenge the better golfer, but is quite playable for those desiring just a fun round. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Try this course-you'll come back more than once!

Sometimes the phrase Country Club doesn't always mean the same thing. Course was not well maintained along edges and paths. Starter was not involved enough in getting people started on time.

Great value in the Prescott area. Mature/forgiving course. Fairways in great shape. Wide variety of holes. Great hot dogs and snacks served outside at the turn!
