The Golf Club at Longwood

All fairways in good condition. Most greens in ok condition--two or three horrible. Tee boxes and bunkers need help. Carts and cart paths need to be replaced--my cart looked like it was in train wreck and glued back together + emergency break didn't work. For the money, not worth playing again.

There are a few bad spots, where trees have been knocked down, cart paths need repairs.

But I completely understand that the current economic situation is not very helpful.

Course in good shape. Inconsistent green speed on different nine hole tracks.

I like that there are 27 holes here and am not always playing the same layout over and over again. Keeps pace of play moving as well. Pretty well taken care of for a public course with a fair amount of traffic. Always enjoy practicing or playing here.

The course was in good shape and the greens rolled well, but the pace of play was terrible. It took over two and a half hours to play the front nine.

the golf course is inside a quiet neighborhood but surrounded by a lot of trees and it feels like we are not in Houston anymore. the green is well maintain and the scenery was amazing, great deal, great place

Greens and tee boxes were in good shape. Cart paths need a lot of work. Lots of broken concrete that I had to dodge. Cart was in need of replacing

This is a well designed course in a subdivision, but you rarely see houses. It has suffered in the past few years, but the present owners seem to be trying a little more. Don't get me wrong, it still has a long way to go but I see improvements in the fairways and greens. On a sliding scale, it could be excellent in four years. In the meantime, put up some directional signs!! Especially where Post Oak and Palmetto intertwine at #5 on both courses. I recommend this course to anyone who wants a good practice round. The course design will challenge you.
