The course has beautiful views
Stay straight down the middle and the course opens up to play. You meet golfers from all over the world and most have made this part of their visits more than once. The staff is great.

Beautiful views.
Generous fairways, but if you wander the rough can be punishing.
Great course with great staff
This course is a great play for the price. Course was in great shape, greens were fair and honest, and staff was very pleasant.
very nice golfing experience in Central Oregon
A very well designed layout for the course. One of my favorite courses to play due to the scenery, trees and general ambiance.
The course was is good conditions, with the greens putting true and medium-fast. Typically, the ball would bounce and roll a little, even with a high iron approach shot.
Fantastic course conditions - excellent and friendly staff
Wonderful course with great views.
Best shape I've ever seen.
Usually we get out to the Woodlands a few times a summer (open 7-8 months due to weather), but this year we have been playing every other week. The course is in fantastic shape. The staff have continued to provide top of the line service, and the food is pretty good too.
This course meets my satisfaction and is in great shape
The staff on this course is very friendly and inviting and gives a very good vibe the second you arrive. The course is in very good shape and the maintenance workers make sure of it every day in order to keep members and guests satisfied.
Championship Layout
I have only played a few courses in Oregon as nice as sunriver woodlandds, Portland golf club , crosswater at sunriver, Eugene country club, I will play woodlands as often as I can. PGA pro Chris Points , and superintendant Ryan Barker do a fabulous job.
Great Conditons & Friendly Staff
The course was in great shape, and after playing all the courses in Sunriver including Crosswater, I have come to the conclusion that Woodlands is the best course in Sunriver as of 2016. The staff offered to put my bag on a cart as well as a wet towel, which was an awesome feature!! Thanks woodlands staff!!
great course!
good conditions. nice staff. pace of play was good and only 10 miles form Bend
Course is excellent for being user friendly!
In my top 5 courses I have played anywhere. 5 stars for being user friendly. Exceptional starters!!
This course is an excellent test of all golf skills.
The course layout provides an excellent test of all golf skills. You need all the shots to score well. The par threes are not long but the green are surrounded by water and sand hazards that require good iron play.
The scenic views of the surrounding area are spectacular.

My favorite Sunriver Course. This high desert course is great , green and bunkers are in great shape. The views are fabulous from the back nine. Course is easy on the eyes and just tough enough to challenge your score.
Can't ask for more!
No room for grip it and rip it. Definitely a shot makers track. The maintenance crew does spectacular work, considering the course is at 4100 feet. Friendly staff, great food and being at Sunriver Resort, after golf there are many other things to do. The only downside is the length of the golf season. Come on global warming!
Great course conditions
Course was in excellent shape. Located on the north end of Sunriver the Woodlands is just a few miles from Bend. The course is tree lined with old growth Ponderosa pines and depending upon the tees you play it can be very challenging.
Sunriver Woodlands is in the golf belt of golf courses in Central Oregon and we have many friends who come to the area. When we ask what courses would they like to play - the first one mentioned is the Woodlands in Sunriver. There is some challenge to the course, but the people you meet on the course make it a memorable experience. A great golf course.
