Bellair Golf Park

They have done a great job over the last few years of putting $$$ back into the course. This course has always struggled with conditions, but the improvements are clearly visible. It's the best value especially now in peak season. Pace could have been bit better, but we weren't in a rush.

First time playing this course as we visited the Phoenix area. Staff was helpful and very accommodating. Loved the Top Tracer driving range to warm up. Course conditions were great. Only thing I saw that needed attention was the cart paths. Other than that, will definitely play here again.

Very nice course you get more than what you payed for friendly staff and upkept course

Bellair is just a terrific little course! I’ve been in the Vally for 50+ years and have played many of the courses. I’m not a great…or even a good golfer, but I always leave this course feeling great, regardless of my score. The pace of play is great. The course is well maintained and presents a reasonable challenge that allows me a couple of pars and maybe a birdie or two among my bogies, doubles and occasional pick-ups. Never have a problem getting a good tee-time when we book ahead…and can sometimes get on without a tee-time during the week. The staff are friendly and the location is pretty convenient from anywhere. A+ for the casual golfer!

Everything about Bel-Park Golf is tremendous but

Please, please stop watering so much!! Course is always muddy and wet , no need for so much water once the winter grass sets in which it did back in October!

After reading some reviews about wet conditions, etc., I was pleasantly surprised. IMHO the course was in very good to excellent condition.

Since it’s an executive layout the majority of the holes are par 3’s with a couple of short par 4’s. Thus, a good test for your iron game. The trickiest parts are the greens. They are in excellent shape but fast with a lot of slope. Can be difficult to stop the ball near the hole if you are putting from above it.

All in all a fun day with a very welcoming staff.

Me and my family chose this due to the closest distance from our place. The price was right, weather was perfect, staffs were very very friendly and kind.

Course condition was good, especially fairways and greens. Roughs were.... rough <smile>. We are not the fastest players but it was backed up a little bit, but it was not too bad. I would definitely recommend this to everyone I know.
