About
Bellair Golf Park in addition to being a good place to practice one's short game it also tests accuracy with long irons. The course aptly tests control over the ball with the irons. Par 4s make up over half the hole at this executive length golf course. Every one of the greens are heavily bunkered and water hazards come into play on a few holes as well. It is close to a residential area but that only creates more narrow fairways, adding more challenge to the game. The course is well shaded and also well maintained, but play can be slow on occasion. Bellair Golf Park offers many discounts, including a twilight discount, a super twilight discount, and there is also an early morning special.

Overbooked and over priced
The pace of play was extreamly slow. Waiting on every teebox roughly 6-7 min between play and at times longer The Greens were in bad shape. I am assuming they're in transition due to how short they were cut. I can see the compressed dirt making them patchy fast at times.
Nice Course
Vacationing for two weeks and found this course with Google search for course near me. Plays fast because most holes are par 3 with 2-3 par 4 in each 9 holes. Course is walkable but carts available, equipped with GPS and scoring. GPS will alert you if you get close to out of bounds or close to the green. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clubs can be dropped off and picked up since carts aren’t allowed in parking lot. Complimentary cold bottles of water in cooler with cart. Very enjoyable 18 holes of golf!
Slow pace
I was a single and had a foursome in front of me and aforsome behind me. (The people I was supposed to play with cancelled) . The foursome in front of me seemed to be in no hurry and they were playing best ball. They also had a slow foursome in front of them also.

I’ve played this course for the past six years. New owners have taken over and really changed this golf course for the good.
The Greens are fast and challenging, Fairways are well-maintained. Some of the bunkers have Sandy dirt and others are fluffy white sand. Yes, they’re hard to get out of.
I played with a foursome and a few of us haven’t played in a while. We let a group of golfers play through, as they were long ball hitters. As we were teeing off, their balls landed right beside us. So we thought it would be best to let them play in front
The only issue is we did not like the 10th hole, as it’s next to the driving range and balls kept landing beside us as we were getting ready to hit. The nets are just not high enough to protect this hole.
The golf carts have GPS nice touch.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Easy check in.

Have played this course repeatedly over the past 12 years or so, I've played it at its worse. Ti's is the best condition I have ever seen this place, keep it up we'll be back !!!
Short course, but challenging greens
This course is full of par 3's, but the greens are crazy challenging....pretty distinct slopes at every hole location.
For the money, I don't know if I would play here again. I'd rather go to a longer course, but Bell Air was in great shape overall.
