Bellair Golf Park

This is the first time the pace of play was slow. Not sure if it was the 2 groups of 4 players who did not keep the pace.

This is a fun course to take friends and family. It is good to play or to practice your approach and other aspects of the short game. The staff are helpful and friendly. The grill offers great food. Play it, you won’t be disappointed.

I played TPC Scottsdale for my first round ever. I was spoiled but this course is great. There is a fantastic driving range, top tracer screens work with app. Tuesday they tighten up the range so it doesn’t open until the guys are done working on it. The carts are nice, screens, Bluetooth, there are some bathrooms around the course. The way you play you can stop in between 9 and 10 at your car or the proshop if you need something. They have a nice putting area and chipping/putting green also. The patio does food and drinks and you can buy beers in the proshop if the patio hasn’t opened yet. I had got a couple lessons from the pro there Kory he is a super nice guy. They are always working on this course and making it better. Bring your short game if you aren’t hitting greens, I spent a lot of time chipping and honestly a lot of the greens aren’t level so even if you get on read those greens! Anyway my buddy and I had a blast would recommend to a golfer of any skill level go check it out, it’s super reasonable for tee times and if you can stand the heat it gets cheaper later in the day.

The course is nice shape but 2.5 hours to play 9 holes at an executive course is unacceptable. No raincheck given, left after 9 holes. Ranger didn't push players that needed to speed up.

The day was another anomaly, I hope.

The starter was nowhere to be found, and groups were teeing off at the wrong hole. Three of us introduced ourselves as singles, got tired of waiting, and teed off where the check-in gal said they were starting today (10th hole) but wasn't really sure if they had started yet, or were about to.

The pace was not especially slow until the 8th tee box (17th). it took almost 40 minutes to finish the front nine from there. The playing partners I acquired were only playing and left.

I came around the corner to play the other 9 holes (1-9).

I saw 5 carts and 7 golfers playing the 10th (1st) hole, none of whom had yet to make the green in 3 (...4...5..?)

I hadn't seen a ranger all day.

There were two foursomes waiting to tee off at the 10th (my original 1st hole tee).

I'll be back for the range time, and probably to play.

This was their second anomaly, though, and I will be trying to expand my options.

The (singular) kid at the cart station was working his rear end off and doing a great job of keeping up if he didn't get interrupted.

Fun course to play, but the cart paths need some work.
