Mojave Resort Golf Club

Fairways were green and greens were challenging. Bunkers were soft sand. Overall good conditions and amenities. We played the back nine first and finished in under 2 hours. We got the front nine and were 3-4 to groups deep waiting at each hole. It took about 3 hours to finish. It did not leave us with a positive outlook on managing pace of play or tee times. The staff was all very friendly.

Pro shop was great. Was a single but starter put me in behind the locals . Gave up after 6 holes even playing two balls. Pace of play was normal for a local course use to catering for all the retired boys use to 5+ hour rounds.

Would have been more enjoyable if starter could have put me in with a deuce or another single. Course looks like it's been neglected since the same time last year. All about the $ I guess.

Our round took 6 hours. We were backed up at least 2 groups at most holes. Ranger came by at the 2nd hole and told us that a tournament was ending and it should speed up.

It never did. Most courses would have rangers move slow groups along or have them leave. I have never played such a slow round. Nothing like a big audience at every tee box.

The course is in great shape..over seeded tee boxes, fairways and greens. All in really good shape. Rough is dormant Bermuda which is yellow this time of year. I would not hesitate to play this again..and will in the coming months. Staff is friendly and courteous. The one thing I would like to see changed is to allow you to take your cart to the driving range. They do not hand out cart keys until your tee time..so you need to carry your clubs to the range to warm up. Minor thing..but have not seen this at any other course I have played.

Play this course a few times a year and this year I see much improvements from the past. The greens and tee's are in very good shape while the fairways could fill in better, but still much better. The bunkers are average shape but very playable.

The staff are very friendly and accomodating and make the day very enjoyable.

Course is fantastic. Best place to play in the tri-state area!

Well maintained and fair test of golf. Greens in great shape. Not too busy and pace of play was good even though we were scrambling.

Went to Laughlin to play at this beautiful golf course with friends was totally worth it for the price we got a hot deal, Will definitely be back soon!! :)
