Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort - Zaharias Course

Love the layout of this golf course only negative pace of play can be a little slow.

Enjoyable round but wow … the fairways were dry and hard. Greens were excellent and the pace of play was great (played on a Thursday afternoon). Good beverage cart presence. In summary, I’d play it again.

Pace of play was good if anything our group might have slowed down the pace lol.. as always staff is great.. glad to see pond has water back in it and no recent rains so “cart path only” rule was not in play which is awesome because last 2 times it was and it sucks.. get out there cause conditions are great rn !

Tee boxes are in terrible condition - uneven lies with barely enough grass to call it a tee box

Pro shop staff is rude and condescending.

This course has been going downhill for a while. No one that works here gives a crap and it shows

This course has a lot of narrow tee shots but otherwise is pretty playable. The front nine has seven par-4s, so that's a lack of variety. The greens are still a little bumpy from maintenance but rolled well. Pace of play was 4:30 and could have been faster. My one complaint about this course is that they don't color-code the flagsticks. Many approach shots are semi-blind, so it's difficult to judge how deep the pin is. Even a mid-handicapper cares whether he's trying to hit it 140 or 160. Just invest in some different colored flags -- what could it cost, 50 bucks for the entire course?

the course is nice and tidy, they are doing a great job with maintenance. Greens are fast and rolling pure, overall you do need to be on with your driver some areas a tight and can easily be blocked out on missed shots
