Awesome staff
The staff are the best thing about this course… very helpful and always friendly. One of my favorite courses

Short Game Sharpener
Fantastic place to play especially if you want improve your short game. The course is in big by any means, but it hits quite a few areas of my golf game. The places clean and well maintain. One downside is since it’s a shorter course a lot of people end up on the green quicker and some do not repair their ball marks. Either way great place to get some practice at a reasonable price point.
Mismanaged to the highest degree
Be mindful. This course double books with high school tournaments in play. When asked for a credit or refund they simply said it’s out of their hands. This course is far to under kept for the price to be treated this way.
Many course improvements
New tee boxes and fresh bunkers are returning this course to its Old Glory days
Finished in 3 hours
3 birdies and 1 eagle in windy conditions… the course is in fantastic shape! Staff are friendly as always

New sand in the bunkers and new tee boxes are making the course better

Starter is friendly … Appreciate the overall experience @ Birch Hills. A great place to enjoy some time with friends

Getting better
This course has been improving over the past few months. I definitely suggest more awareness for fixing ball marks on greens, but overall really fun course. Most of the negatives are caused by others so no blame on the management

Tee Boxes?
This is the first time I've played this course in ten years. Nice greens, amenities and staff. Can you do something about the tee boxes? Many tees had no place to stand where there was a flat lie. Uphill lies on a couple. Lumpy on many. I understand it gets a lot of traffic but this seems fixable.

Good tee time, weak body!
Another Fun Round. Joined 3 golf buddies 4-a day. Played ok making some bad and good shots along the way. botched my drive at the 18th, spent time fishing ball out from fence, so picked up, said goodbye and went home.
Does anybody know of another exec. course like Birch where one can play to get some variety in their outings?

Tee boxes are a mess -- rest of the course OK
Been a while since I last played Birch and was surprised to find the tee boxes were nothing but dirt and sand with patches of grass growing here and there, for the most part. Rest of the course is fine. Hopefully they're reseeding or redoing the tee boxes as a few of them were also moved forward. I hope this is a short term issue as I really like the course and its value otherwise.

Comparing green fees, it would be recommendable. But the course conditions were not good.
