Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort - Zaharias Course

(Babe) Greens have healed but still bumpy and inconsistent. The tee boxes are horrible, needs leveling and resod. Bunkers still need sand and totally inconsistent from bunker to bunker. I'm not seeing the required maintenance on the course from my increased greens fee. It's still a good course(s) in the area but they don't want to get a reputation saying otherwise. I don't mind paying $80 to play a good course, but right now, the Babe is playing like $55 course , on a Monday. Get it together Industry hills, hate to take you out of the rotation!!!

Great course but bunkers are the worse I have ever played in. They are hard. They don't bother to rake them anymore. Beautiful layout but stay away from hard dirt traps. We have a rule, that if you land in the bunkers just play it out on the grass with no penalty.

This was a lowkey beauty. Short, but definitely challenging.

Staff was friendly and very helpful as it was my fist trip there.

Babe course is a true resort course with rolling hills that tend to kick the ball back to the fairway. The greens are undulating with great character. When I played they ran about 9.5 at best but held true.

The range is in terrible condition. Not other way to say it. The bunkers need sand and redress. Considering those two things and the pace of play - 7.25 out of 10.

Loved everything about the course. If I had one minor complaint it’s just that you can’t drive carts to driving range and it’s not a quick walk. I got there about 30 minutes early thinking I’d be able to hit a few. The kid checking in for carts told me I’d really have to hustle because it was about a 10-15 minute walk. And the first hole is not a fun one to tee off cold. But minor complaint. Next time I’ll get there earlier.

Everything was great but bunker condition. It was hard as rock.

As usual, the course was in very good condition. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Pro shop has a wide variety of equipment and accessories.

My only complaint would be that the bunkers are in really bad shape. Sand is extremely hard, more like concrete than dirt or sand. I unfortunately found three bunkers on this round and they were all in this poor condition. Other than that, the course is great. We play there at least twice a month and we will continue to.

Well the course was tight. And they left me leave with a golf cart that had 13% I didn’t realize at the time. Well 7th hole it died. We had to walk a hole they got us a new one and ZERO compensation. Easy job to make sure cart is charge how does this happen.

Although lost some money, but the challenge is memorized and we will come back.

The course was in great shape. It was nice to see them working hard to keep the course looking sweet! Pace of play was great, finishing in just under 4 hours. Greens we in good condition. Bunkers were a little hard, but that was probably due to the recent rains.
