This Arnold Palmer designed course is very challenging with tough to read greens and lots of diagonally sloping fairways. Although still in fair shape, it does look like maintenance is becoming an issue, especially as far as the fairway conditions. There appears to be a need for weed control and more extensive watering. Still, for the price well worthwhile!

Enjoyable course that I play occasionally. For my level of play, the seniors tees are very enjoyable. The white tees are a bit long for the high 90s golfer.

I have been playing this course for many years and in the last few it has been going down hill. The greens are in good condition, but the fairways and fringe is full of weeds and bare ground. It's a shame, it was a beautiful course five years ago. If you can play cheap, it's worth it, but if you have to pay full price, play somewhere else.

The course was great and I would recommend it to anyone in the area. The only problem was that we were able to book a 6:52am tee time and the sun didn't rise until 7:20am. That was our only gripe, tee times shouldn't be available that early sine we couldn't play in the dark.

Greens were in poor shape, might be better later in season.

Very nice greens but tough for an amateur . Hotdogs for lunch on way thru were cold.. Everything else was great!

We gave The Majors a miss for a long period of time. Firstly for running our of carts and delaying tee times as a result. Secondly for the pace of play. So it was to our surprise that we go back and low and behold, they have no carts again and are delaying tee times! So having driven down there without knowing of the delay, we feel the customer service was poor, we would expect complimentary range balls or something. I guess they just expect you to sit around and spend more money. The course is fun to play. Its usually nice a peaceful, the houses don't intrude on the course as much as some others set within housing estates. If you don't mind the risk of a delay and the likelihood of a 5 hour round, then enjoy.

I don't have anything bad to say about this course. Played Sat and Sub early AM. Plenty of golf carts and driving range next to first tee. Friendly staff. Greens fees were $15-25 less than Viera/Melbourne area courses playing at peak times. Tee shots need to be precise otherwise water comes into play on a couple of holes. Some waste areas also come into play. Hit my approach to the 12th green short, it hit the hard waste area in front and it bounces all the way over the green into the lake behind the green!! Better to hit the correct club!!. Beautiful clubhouse.

Course was in good shape with only a couple of greens in need of a little grass on them. They paired me and a friend with a couple of older guys who were a hoot to play with. Fairways are cut pretty low leading to a few balls bouncing into hazards, not much in the way of rough to slow them down.

I played this course for the first time because of the smoke'n deal that I was able to get on GolfNow. The course was a bit out of the way once I got off the interstate, but it was well worth the drive. Except for not having any extra carts, and having to wait until players finished to get seated in one, the course and amenities were a cut above par. I had a fun day of playing golf, and certainly recommend this to all of my fellow GolfNow subscribers.

We played here two years ago and it was a little rough around the edges. But we decided to give it another chance. We found the conditions to be worse. This course needs some major investments. Fairways are very patchy. About the only thing good I can say about the course is, the greens are excellent.

Had a 10,30 tee time but was apron 15 late getting off. Very slow, waited on every shot for all 18 holes resulting on a 5 hour round. Just to many golfers with too little time between groups.

Course was in pretty good shape and quite quick greens.

Was looking for a course for my trip to this area in FL. Online it looked a bit nicer than others. But I was not impressed. The driving rang had very little grass and the course was burnt out. Seemed like a lot of weeds all over. The greens were like hard mud. They rolled well though.

They should have had a starter. Groups of one and two were going off in front of us. I asked the group of two what tee time they had and they were teeing off 30minutes after they were scheduled.

The chicken fingers at the clubhouse are gross too! $5 for three Burger King grade fingers.

Nice course with lots of water. If you can not hit your shots consistently to the fairway, you will need extra golf balls. Loved the 3rd hole which a nice dogleg to the right over water. Greens were in great shape.

If you think once you get to the green it is easy -- think again Played twice and pace of play is at 5hrs which is too slow but if you dont hit the ball straight then your play will be 5 hrs too..

I have tried to play here 5 times and every time when we arrive there are no carts available, after a 1/2 hour wait 1 cart arrives and went to the starter with 5 minutes until our tee time, five foursomes waiting and 3 groups out on the hole. They overbook and are never and I mean never on time. This is a 5 hour round and is poorly run by management. We will never play here again.
