The corona virus threat is real. This course is addressing this issue by making golfers ride in separate carts. Which is a good thing. However I brought my wife with me who just likes to ride, not play, and they made her ride in a separate cart for an additional $20. That doesn't make any sense. Seems like they are taking advantage of the situation. They are not being "forced" to do this by the state...I've called and confirmed. I get maintaining distance from folks that don't live in your household but not your wife and definitely not $20 extra. Awesome course but I doubt I'll return unless they adjust their policy on common sense.

It was a rainy cold day. The course was in great condition and the staff were fantastic.

Very challenging, must be able to carry some distance with the driver, mountain-like golf with fast, downhill greens. Beautiful setting, narrow in spots. Can't afford to miss many shots w/o severe punishment. Loved it, will be back. Hidden beauty, incredible value.

Beautiful day and the course was in excellent condition considering the rain that has fallen earlier this year Course drains very well.

We have played here a few times and each time I remember why it’s definitely one of my favorite courses. The layout and surrounding area is gorgeous. You are overlooking Lake Guntersville on a few holes. A lot of elevated tee boxes and narrow fairways make this an interesting course.

Course is in good shape. Sand traps are the best maintained of any course that I have played this year. Hot Deal rate was extremely good. The course’s rack rate is extremely bad. For those of have not played this Course, it is an extremely tricky golf course. You must keep the ball below the hole on the greens or you will be in for a very long day.

I love to play this course. Some of the best scenery at any golf course. Driving range overlooks the lake. 2nd Tee box is extremely elevated. Would be nice if they had a beer cart, but you cannot get everything.

I have played Gunters Landing many times through the years. Due to the recent lack of rain some courses are recalling struggling. Not Gunters. The greens were in unbelievable shape. Soft and receptive. Rolled true. Steven is always very accommodating. I had a recent Achilles injury and he kindly gave me instructions as to how I could utilize the cart and save myself some walking. Can’t wait to play at Gunters again soon.

My Dad and I jumped on a Hot Deal Price for this course as we have never been. We are not pros by any stretch. But this course was beautiful. We came on a calm Tuesday and just absolutely loved it.
