Tatum Ridge Golf Links

I’ve played Tatum Ridge for 8 years now.

“Graduating” to the Senior Tees. Every hole

has a challenge: water, sand, mounds, tricky greens and length. They keep the price reasonable, which is a motivating factor to drive 30 minutes for a round. Early morning play moves quickly. Later in the morning, not so much. Staff is friendly, but manage only the basic of amenities. Greens are in good shape this year. T-boxes and margins on the fairways still need some care. Overall a good value.

Too many people on course. Need to allow 5 hours after noon if you want to play 18.

Tee time was 3:08. Got 13 holes in before dark. Love the layout of this course. Lots of nature. Great greens. Fairways lush. Some of the Tee boxes need work. Pace of play can be challenging. Bring your patience and enjoy the nature and the greens.

Saturday AM round . Full course. Staff managed starting groups effectively and playing time was 4:15. Course was excellent except for tee boxes. It was a fun day!

If playing here bring your own gps as the carts don’t have them for yardage. Being my first time playing here but not the last, I would definitely play the course differently.

Some decent shot were not rewarded because down trees had roots exposed for ball to go into or get lost. They have rocks in the fairway (I guess for drainage) so a good shot might find the rocks.

Tee boxes were mostly hard with no grass.

Again, I would play here again on a weekend not weekday.

Course was an average to good condition but they was very slow and no rangers around. Course not marked very well either.

2 hours and 35 minutes to play front nine, stopped and left. Too many people.

Enjoyed our round at Tatum Ridge. Fairways were in decent shape. Greens were in good shape. Good value for the money.

People do not play ready golf. The starter tells you to play ready golf but they seem to ignore the instructions. A 5 hour round is not fun.

Greens were quick and fairways in better than average condition. Tee boxes were pretty rough. We’ll play again.

Greens much better than past years. T boxes very sparse and sandy. Fairways need water( don’t we all)

Have played Tatum Ridge many times in the past few years. Still some hurricane debris scattered around, but fairways and greens are in much improved condition. Some tees still need work. Pace of play was good today, our foursome finished in just over 4 hours. Good course layout.
