Greens and fairways good
That’s all I need and the price was great. Played in 3:40 as a foursome with an early (7:30) start.
Best conditions I can remember in years.

Pace of play… 4hrs 45 min to play a course that should take maybe 4
Payed $55… not worth more.
Tee boxes were very poor
But… value for the money u pay probably about right.
Would play again for that price…but not worth more than the $55

Great value and in very good condition
This course keeps growing on me, they continue to put money in the right places, new greens, bunkers redone, 50% complete with tees. Can't beat the price and the conditions are great. Played back tees and was quite the challenge in the extreme wind that kicked in on back nine. Will definitely be back!!

Some traps need new sand and others need grooming. Several tee boxes should still be shut down and re-soded or seeded. Greens are in great shape and rool nicely, making them smaller in size did a great job in there appearance

The course was in pretty good condition. Tee box areas could use some TLC, fairways and greens were green and decent.

Clubhouse is awful and staff is less than helpful. General course conditions are fair with spotty greens and poor tee-boxies. This course needs a major revision and a staff that is knowledgeable and willing to work.

could be better with more attention to details
Pace of play front nine was 2:35 min and back nine 2:05 min.. Not sure why back nine picked up but glad it did. course in average condition with multiple tees in poor condition, overall greens were above average condition.

Very nice course. It was very busy and the pace of play for the 1st 5 holes was slow but then it smoothed out and we had a great round. The holes are interesting with some challenging layouts. The greens were excellent and rolled true and were quick.
