Tee boxes poor.

Fairways fair

Green's very good.

I really enjoy the layout of this course and all of the greens were in great condition except for one had a dead spot but it was way off to the side and didn’t affect how I played the hole so can’t knock them for that however some of the tee boxes need some love and same goes for the fairways too but other than that everyone at the course is super friendly and they got the cheapest drinks of any of the courses around here

The course is in very poor condition, their was very little grass in fairway, tee boxes hadn’t been moved in weeks, most holes we had to tee off in dirt or sand from the over use of tee boxes

Extremely dry fairways. Like hitting off hard pan . The greens were in excellent shape

Played the front 9. Seems the fairways were not watered. They were dried out and sandy and or torn up. No grass on the Tee blocks either. Don't know about the back 9, but the front 9 was pathetic.

Only positive note was the greens, which were in excellent condition.

I would not play this course again until they do some work to improve its conditions.

Course conditions since last played about 2 years ago at least around the greens and the greens themselves are nice. Fairways, tees and rough pretty poor with just weeds and not much grass. It has improved but a long way to go

They are doing a great job. Greens are smooth and good speed and fairways are decent except for some areas which is to be expected. Tee boxes are rough byt other courses except the private ones are experiencing this as well. Fron the minute the cart guy comes till you get a sandwich in the clubhouse everyone is great. Also the course has view houses on it so it;s really quite beautiful

Decent course great for the money! Pricey during season!

Greens are in good shape. Fairways mostly dried up. Most tee boxes are dirt. Little sand in bunkers.I like this track because you are not playing in someone's back yard. Fees are reasonable for the condition.

It's the only course I play where water is not available on the course. Wonder if this might be a liability some day.

Sprinkler system is being worked on. Obvious that fairways are not being watered. Many dirt patches. Many tee boxes in horrible shape.

I'll start off by saying I've played this course at least 10 times. I've never seen it in as bad of shape as I did on 4/28/24. The fairways were brown and dirt and the irrigation systems were leaking all over a few of the holes leaving sections of the course unplayable. Courses should have to disclose when playing conditions are this bad.
