Great Course to Begin Our Trip
Plumas Pines is a great course! This was the first course my brother and I played during our 2020 brother's trip. Tee'd off at 1:10 pm and were able to easily get in 36 holes. We loved it!! A little smoky/hazy due to the fires, but not enough to impact our golf. Course was fun, easy to get around, and everyone at the course was very nice and helpful. We'd play here again.
In Great Shape, New Range is Special
The course is fairly tight, but not too long. The fairways are in especially good shape. The new range is great for practice individually or as a group. The lessons there were a great help to my 13-year-old, who learned a lot from his instructor Jake.
Nice course pretty challenging
Was playing Graeagle west of Truckee and was told about this one nearby. Fun, pretty and challenging course, tight in spots. They had a small tournament that made things pretty slow but it’s in very good condition. Play if you get the chance.
Hidden gem
What a pleasant surprise! Part of me doesn’t even want to write this review. I want to keep this place the way I found it, which was not crowded friendly staff great conditions.
Fun Day at Plumas Pines
Course was in very nice shape. Started the day off at the range with the Tracer golf "Hot Shots" system. Very nice! Then played the round in very nice conditions. Played in just over 4 hours. Great day all the way around.
Great Course
Awesome place to play a holf round.
The driving range is one of the best.
Although the cart paths might be some of the worst.
But still had an amazing time.
Beautiful
This was my first time playing a course of this caliber, I did terrible but the course was amazing. The views, the crisp air, everything about this course was perfect. Will definitely be back for more rounds.
An amazing time!!
Had the time of our lives, and the residents in ithe homes around the course were so inviting!
The staff were very, very accommodating and that lady in the snack shop (Marcir) is a true sweetheart of a gal...
The only thing that I dislike to have to mention is the cart paths, they are honestly the worst I've drove a golf cart over. It surprised me. But it would absolutely not keep me from playing again!!!
Plumas Review
Very special and beautiful you are in the pines great place to be. Greens are in great shape as well as the course. You get what you pay for and this is worth a little extra.
Spectacular course
Beautiful location, love the new driving range. Course was in great shape.
Slow play
We had a twosome in front of our 4 some, slow play , they were 2 holes behind a 4 some. We let the Marshall know, didn’t react. It somewhat ruined the round having to wait so long on each hole
1 of my faves
Course was in great condition. Cart paths are rough and must have gotten beaten up over winter.
