Westridge Golf Club is a challenging layout designed by Robert Muir Graves, a familiar name in California golf. Graves has designed many of the state's most popular courses including Boundary Oak in Walnut Creek and Quail Lodge Golf Club in Carmel. At just under 6,450 yards, Westridge G.C. is seemingly short but what it lacks in length it makes up for with more than 60 sand bunkers strategically placed alongside the narrow fairways and sloping greens. There are also some holes that offer interesting risk-reward opportunities for adventurous big hitters. The elevation changes throughout provide difficult uphill and downhill shots that will depend almost entirely on proper club selection. Water hazards also come into play on four holes. The golf course finishes with a dramatic par 5 that plays downhill against the winds to a rolling fairway and then into a fiercely protected green.

Great Little Course
Good value for money, our tee time was at 06:48 so we had the greenskeepers just behind us getting rid off the moisture on the greens. The greens were challenging with undulating slopes.
I would love to play the course in the summer.

Great layout that’s getting rundown
This course is getting worse each time I play it.
I keep coming back every 6 months in case someone sinks some money into it for survival.
They are not watering it whatsoever; every tee box needs grass/reseeding.
Greens are hanging on to a slow death.
Slow play, even when talking to the Marshall.
He did nothing to speed up a 5 hr round and 3
Foursomes on 100% of every par 4 & 5.
