We have played here about 10 times and enjoy playing this executive courses18 holes in about 3 hours. The tees and fairways are in okay condition but the greens were all in great shape.

After raining all day
Even 2 days after very heavy rain and some flooding, there was a few sloppy areas but overall the course was in great shape especially the greens.

Wet half round
Unfortunately my round was cut short by rain. I was only able to play 9 holes and didn't get a rain check, so the value on this occasion was not great.

As a 1 year golfer, I like this course. Good value as many courses in this area are quite expensive. I had a great day and enjoyed it.

Cost budget play frequency of play you choose
Course price if just want to golf and play a lot par of par 3 ok. Issue is fairways are rough but greens are good not course to write home about but again you want to play golf and price an issue,this works. Florida winter months any course that is really good course ,fairway,sand good all around good didn’t say gtest,your going to play $120 ar least. You can play more for less or pay more for less golf. I like playing 3 days at least a week and 300 to 400 per week is a little steep. I’m here for 3 months 3000 to 4000 is a little steep for my budget.
