About
The 18-hole Falcon's Fire Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is a public golf course that opened in 1993. Designed by Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead, Falcon's Fire Golf Club measures 7006 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 135 and a 73.2 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens are tifdwarf bermuda and the fairways are bermuda grass.
Falcon's Fire, a Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead signature masterpiece, is typically wide open, however, shot accuracy is essential. Fairways and greens are well bunkered, and water hazards are a common occurrence.

Ok course.
For the amount I paid to play this course I thought it was going to be similar to the wonderful experience to similar courses in that price range, nope. GPS was present, no towels on the cart plus they expect you to pay for range balls after you just dropped all that money. I must say I was expecting more. I cannot say I would play here again. The food was good, if I had to say something positive.

Enjoyable
Overall, We enjoyed our round. The course is in decent condition despite not having much rain. The greens appear to be stressed as a result with few sections of top dressing to try and revive them. Fun layout! The staff was great!!

Greens and water
Greens playable but several were heavily painted. Surprisingly the ball rolled fairly well on most greens. Abundance of water in the course design but water lacking in the coolers. Fill ‘‘em up.
Can’t beat the price
I had a tee time at 4pm. Linked up with two other players. Had my own cart which is rare but nice. Plenty of water stations on the front nine but none on the back nine. Really nice course. Only thing was the greens were really inconsistent hole to hole. Some greens were beat up and some weren’t. Some greens were longer cut than others and some weren’t. Only real complaint. Carts were cool with nav. Ice box. For the price? Absolutely. Amazing value. It’s not mind bending amazing, I’ve played much nicer courses. I will definitely be back many times. Really had a great time.

good deal, nice track
nice layout, some good holes. greens a little slow but overall in good condition. friendly people and got a good price.
Good Deal if you’re willing to put up with the staff
Played here while on vacation here and the starter was the absolute worst, there was a staff member playing in the group behind me who hit the ball within 5 feet of me from 100 yards out and didn’t yell fore. Overall could be a decent course if they purged most of their staff.

First Timer
Playing time was 4.5 hours; a little slow. Greens were great, but lots of break! Hardest part was getting our clubs from car to cart and bac k again?
Changed over the years
Wide fairways, lots of fairway moguls, putting green was faster and in better shape than the course. Would never have played this course at $169. I paid about 1/3 of that and was curious since I played it twice 14-15 years ago. Many bunkers surround most greens. The sand level was too deep and not properly raked. Dug in for one sand shot and the sand was over my ankles.

The Twilight zone….
Great course, rude cart staff. Strongly advised to call before you pay. There twilight rules depends on who wants to get off early that day and not what you the guys planned and paid for. Paid for 18holes only allowed to play 12 ( waaay ahead of pace) , because the starter demanded the carts be back 7:30pm or else . The carts are extremely slow., good luck tryna keep the pace . The cart staff especially the starter was rude and needs to lose the ego and just be nice . Golf can’t be fun or exciting with those guys sending you off with the “Hurry up, I’m ready to go home “ attitude at the fist tee. I’m a local, not a tourist hate to see falcons fire moving like this in the spring , once the summer tourist get here it can only get worse.

Overpriced
Lots of work must be done before it is worth the price they ask. Fairways are OK, greens and bunkers need work.

There was no one to transport clubs from bag drop and you were not allowed to take the cart to either your car or the bag drop. The individual managing the carts was rude and arrogant. We are 75 years old and had to carry our bags up and down a steep hill.

Beutiful Course
Always a treat to play. For value reasons, we took a Twilight tee after 2 pm only to find out upon arrival that all beverage and food options closed at 2:30. saw a beverage cart on the front 9 then never again even after calling the pro shop to send her around as it was 100 degrees that day. That said, this course is spectacular and kept in great shape.

Worst round of golf I’ve played in Florida
Joke of a course, they gave us a dead cart and complained when we asked for a new one and made us end our round early, course was nice but overpriced (typical Orlando) definitely a $30-$40 course in Ontario. Water your Greens!

Nice course , golfer friendly. Fairways were very good , greens need a little attention , which they are getting as they are being repaired. We played late afternoon and the rate was the reason .
