About
The 18-hole Falcon's Fire Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is a public golf course that opened in 1993. Designed by Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead, Falcon's Fire Golf Club measures 7006 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 135 and a 73.2 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens are tifdwarf bermuda and the fairways are bermuda grass.
Falcon's Fire, a Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead signature masterpiece, is typically wide open, however, shot accuracy is essential. Fairways and greens are well bunkered, and water hazards are a common occurrence.

Could be a 4-5 star track
I’m not sure if it’s lack of money or water but the course has a nice layout minus being next to ghe Highway. Greens rolled well but had some weed and damaged spots. Fairways need tlc. Bunkers were inconsistent.
The charged you for range balls in addition to the $100 all in cost. They were busy so not sure what the issue was. Anyway great layout but just needs TLC.
Great features
Want a challenge, this is it. First time and really enjoyed my golf experience as a low handicapper. Play it, great fun.
Falcon Fire a fine course
Driving range was fine, but a few places were worn where the grass had not grown sufficiently to get a flat lie. but only a very minor irritation. Tees, fairways, bunkers all in great shape. The greens were fast and true. Buggies had accurate sat navigation and pin location. An excellent course worth playing.8.5/10.
Service
I was there once and my daughter another time and no one was around to give us a golf cart either time.
So service was poor on arrival.

Attitude from cart staff
My wife simply asked how to get to the car on the cart to get her sunglasses and one of the staff told her in an aggressive manner " you won't take the catlrt.there under no circumstances in an aggressive tone. Our first time there and he could have simply been nice instead of a pompous fool. Both of the cart managers were over and above . Maybe they were frustrated at the end of the day but shouldn't be taking out on my wife. If I was there and seen it I would have probably been asked to leave because of these 2 miserable staff members.

There was almost no staff there - no starter or anyone to give me a golf cart. I had an 830 tee time on a Thursday morning.. When the starter did show up, he already sent out the 3some I was paired with early, so I had to start by myself. The golf carts were terrible, incredibly slow.

Ok course.
For the amount I paid to play this course I thought it was going to be similar to the wonderful experience to similar courses in that price range, nope. GPS was present, no towels on the cart plus they expect you to pay for range balls after you just dropped all that money. I must say I was expecting more. I cannot say I would play here again. The food was good, if I had to say something positive.

Enjoyable
Overall, We enjoyed our round. The course is in decent condition despite not having much rain. The greens appear to be stressed as a result with few sections of top dressing to try and revive them. Fun layout! The staff was great!!

Greens and water
Greens playable but several were heavily painted. Surprisingly the ball rolled fairly well on most greens. Abundance of water in the course design but water lacking in the coolers. Fill ‘‘em up.
