First time player that will definitely return!
I had heard of recent changes being made to the course and clubhouse and wanted to check it out. I found the staff to be very friendly, and the course fairly challenging. I will definitely be returning to witness the improvements that are sure to come.
Orgill Park is a course in the making. The Staff has put in a lot of work as witnessed in how well the course plays, how the greens are true and quick. after several days of rain, the course played very well. This a very scenic and serene course. I like the maturity of the course. the course is fair and yet challenging.
The staff is very friendly and responsive. Pace of play was excellent. This course is a gem in the making.
A course in the making
The course while undergoing significant change is an excellent track. Fairways in great shape, greens fast, friendly staff, worth the money. Like the maturity of the course, serene setting. Going to be a hidden gem. Try it you will not be disappointed
Improving by the day!
I've played this course many times over the past 4 years and it is definitely in the best shape I have ever seen it. The new general manager and his staff have done wonders in improving the clubhouse and course. There is still some work to be done, but I have no doubt this will be a top notch course before too long.
Grat Public Course
Great view around the lake with good course layout. It is beyond our expectation for a public course. Great value.
On the rise
This coarse has come a long ways in a short time under the new management. Always been a good value and a fun coarse but the greens are in much better shape and the coarse as a whole is much improved. Very excited what the new management can achieve as time goes on because the value is so good
Coming Along Great
The new management has done great things with the course. I am really looking forward to seeing further improvements. If it's been a while since you've played the course you should really come out and enjoy it.
Much Improved
This course had been kind of neglected until new management took it over. Greens will be rolling good by the fall. Fun layout for the average golfer. Definitely worth checking out!
Much improved !
I played this course very often in the past. It is a good place to take friends or host an event. However, it became overgrown and unkempt. On a whim, I booked it on Golf Now for a Sunday morning twosome. What a pleasant surprise. The course was looking great. It seems that new management had taken over and had started renovating the course. The greens are growing in and it looked like a bunch of trees had been trimmed or removed. My friend and I had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it turned out to be a great choice. We will definitely go back. Thanks Orgill for a great time !
Fairways great, greens still coming in.
Good price for a round with cart.
Need to keep club house stocked with beer. They ran out at 1:00 pm on a Friday- not good.
Greens Need Help, But they're working on them!!
Course is interesting and you have to pay attention or can get into trouble. Beautiful layout and really enjoyed it overall.
Usually no crowds
This is a good place for practice i.e. maybe hitting more than one ball. Greens were still in recovery mode from erration and sand, real long and bumpy.
I'd play it again just to practice irons an woods, chipping.
Still hate that golf now requires 3 days to use rewards
For the most part, it was ok, management suck, not very friendly. Green need work.
Fun, easy course.
The greens are the worst thing about this course. They really need to do some renovation of the greens to make them all consistent and smooth. Other than that, I love playing this course.
Only 30 minutes from Memphis
Great layout... With a great workout area... The price is right and worth the visit
Pretty course
Under used. All 4 of us really liked the course
Course under new management
I've been playing this course since 1999. This used to be the qualifying course for the FedEx/St.Jude tournament in Memphis. The course used to have GPS carts and the course upkeep was flawless!!! So I remember when the course was In its best shape. Around 2005 or 2006, the course came under new management and the decline began. But, now a new management has taken over, and the improvements are already noticeable!! The NEW staff is soooo friendly and passionate about their vision of the course direction. The course is being cleaned up and the grounds improved!!! They are making changes to the Club House too!! I love this course!! You can use every club in your bag!!! And you have to play!!! Once they get the greens in order ol' ORGILL will be back to its championship heyDay!! I love the new management and.you will too!!! Trust me it is worth your time and money to play this course!!!!!! I am a 3 handicap, and trust me I can play. I know my golf, been playing for 32 years!! You will love the course and the staff!!! Thanks new Management for making my home course feel like HOME again!!!

Greatly improved
I've been playing Orgill for the last 16 years and it's in the best condition I've ever seen. The new greens keeper is doing an out standing job. Currently they are removing and trimming trees and cleaning up some over grown areas. Orgill is a great course to walk and I get out 2-3 times a week. If you have not been to Orgill in a while come check it out. If you want more of a challenge play from the tips and enjoy!!!

This course is much improved. The course attendants have spent time, money, and energy in making ORGILL one of the best public courses in TN. This course is a lot of fun and very affordable. I rate it a 4.5 out of 5 because for the price you get a quality experience. New staff! Very friendly! I recommend this course to any golfer looking to have a good time.
