Glenlakes Golf Club - Lakes Course

Overall, greens were very wooly and putting was not 'true' and very inconsistent. Several greens had fairly severe damage, had to play around it.

The VISTA course was closed, so value for the round played was reduced as we had to play the short Lakes course. You don't know this until you get there and you've paid GolfNow, so no refunds from Glenlakes.

Clubhouse staff is rather bland and unfriendly. Steve the starter was good.

I've played here for decades, this is the worst I've seen the course.

Average course but not very expensive good option if you want to work on your game greens were okay but on the slow side.

For early spring, the course is coming in nicely. I know it’s a touch time for Bermuda grass. Greens were a little rough due to aeration, but we’re healing up. There was some poana grass getting in the greens. Overall very fun course to play. Will go back.

I shot my lowest score in a long time, even with 3-3putts

and 2 penalties. 88 is very good for me.

Nice course outlay. Greens a little inconsistent. Good value for this course would be $35 -$45. Got paired up with two nice guys from Atlanta and a nice woman from Birmingham. The lady made 5 birdies. WOW .

Liked the mounding and water. Will come back again.

Course was great for the value. The pace of play was a little to be desired, but overall a good place to play.

This is a reasonably priced course that is fun to play and was not crowded. Really enjoyed the pace of play. We played with a member who was friendly and shared tips on how to approach each hole. Would certainly play again.
