Golfer Reviews
Lakes
Rain cut the round short, still had a good time and the course was in great condition as usual.
Sand Ridge: Lakes
Great course! Wonderful staff. Very pleasant. Great golf course. I have played the Dunes course at Sand ridge, I like the lakes better( less water hazards than the dunes) course was in excellent shape. There are ice and water machines on the course.
Sandridge Lakes Course
Really enjoyed playing the Lakes course at Sandridge Golf Course. First time playing there but will definitely return soon. Course has its challenges but the course was in great shape.
Best conditioned course I’ve played this year
Wonderful gem of a golf course! Fantastic conditioned course with immaculate greens and fairways. Great time was had very enjoyable. Only minor complaint I would have about this course was the damnable GPS system that they employ, very annoying ads constantly with no clear way to return to the yardage screen. Other than that I loved this golf course
Course is in great shape
The course is in great shape, especially for the price. The greens are a little difficult due to inconsistencies from green to green, one fast one slow. The type of grass dictates that. Overall still a great round.
Excellent course and conditions
Beautiful condition of the course. Greens had undulations with speed. Fantastic staff in clubhouse, cart attendants and even the young lady cleaning bathrooms. Great course highly recommend
Rude, rude, rude...
Inside operations personnel Paul is toxic and a huge liability for your club.
Ultimately, his belligerence will induce a Litigious situation for the club due to his negative, rude & highly toxic demeanor,
I can't & won't recommend any club employing such an unprofessional.& toxic individual,
Paying customers traveling from far & wide hoping to enjoy a round of golf should not be subjected to such vile poison spewed from an obviously miserable individual.
If you decide to play here, beware of paul,
if you run into paul in the pro shop,
be prepared for a unwelcoming toxic hostile confrontation.
Finest conditioned course I’ve played this year!
This was by far and away the finest conditioned course I’ve played this year! The fairways and greens were immaculate. The layout was challenging but fair. The holes had a lot of variety as I never felt I played the same hole twice. My only complaint would be the gps on the carts were both distracting and annoying! If there was a way to turn them off the round would have been perfect!
First timer!
First time playing and we'll worth the cost of admission. Excellent practice area with large driving range, chipping green and variable putting green. Only complaint was I had 224 tee time but no starter. Was to play with 3 others as a single. Waited and waited. At 205 three gentleman went by on to first tee. Then 10 mins later a two some of a guy and a lady. At 225 nobody so I go and already backed up at 205 still had not teed off. Had to play 2 balls to stay off them. But then a twosome came over and pressed me for 5 holes. Needed a ranger to move the threesome as had to be 2 holes open. Finally at turn, 2 some behind went to play front 9 again so I went to people ahead to let them know they could take their time. Poor lady was so stressed as she was rushing and was just learning. Rest of 9 holes was easy. Shot PB so was happy. Course was in great shape, greens rolled consistent.
Best county public course that I’ve played. Both courses have a very interesting and challenging lay out. My favorite is the Dunes, the back 9 is the
Both courses are well maintained from the tee box, to the fairway and the putting green. The cart crew and pro shop attendants are spot on.
Lakes
This course is appropriately named the Lakes for a reason. Water comes into play on multiple holes. Really enjoyed playing here and will again when I visit Florida.
Water
It is definitely called the Lakes for a reason. Water comes into play on quite a few holes. Great layout, friendly staff. First time playing the Lakes and will again when I am back in Florida.
