Nashboro Golf Club is home to a classically designed par-72 championship golf course that measures 6,887 yards; manicured Bermuda fairways give way to premium bentgrass greens. Grass aficionados will also be happy to know that the fairways and roughs both get plenty of rye grass seeds during the winter, allowing for ideal playing conditions year-round. All levels of golfer can get into the course's beauty - the fairways are lined with both mature trees and great vistas - and the strategically-placed water hazards and bunkers will also challenge seasoned golfers and novice golfers alike.

Golfing on a Tuesday in Nov
Course wasn’t too busy and got a deal on GolfNow. Regular prices looked a little steeper than I would expect for the course. Greens were in good shape…they were super slow on the front and then noticeably different/quicker on the back but still slow. Fairways were good. Always enjoy playing the course as it is a good layout.
Pretty good value
Reasonable value for the money. Course is usually in good condition with an average pace of play.
Great value and course
Had a great round out here yesterday. Course was in good shape even after all the rain we’ve been having. We will be back again for sure, Carts are in nice shape and have yardage/map displays. Course isn’t as tight as what you’d think by looking on over head view of google maps, but we still managed to hit a few houses with errant drives. Fun time and not so challenging that it’s discouraging, back 9 was tougher on us though. Thanks!
Not a bad value for a Public Course
We were in Nashville for a business trip and found Nashboro on Golf Now...for the price (Hot Deals - $51 for a 10:40 tee time) it was not a bad deal for the course. Overall the course was in fairly decent shape. Other than the Tee Boxes grass needed to be a bit tighter, the fairways, greens were in decent shape.
We followed a group of 16 locals for their regular legue play or something so play was about 4.5 hours, but the food and drink prices were decent and they didn't price gouge.
There are better options
The course is not designed or maintained well. The rough is too long and if your ball rolls of the brown fairways then it’s most likely lost. The only good thing was my threesome got paired up with a wonderful character from Chicago who was a pleasure to play with. But he was terribly slow and we were forced to skip a hole to maintain pace of play - not our fault the guy they teamed us up with was so slow. Anyway, I never leave reviews but felt this one was warranted - honestly, don’t waste your money on this course.
Just...Average
No driving range even though the website claims there is one but it is just closed. The practice putting green was not mowed prior to arrival. Had to wait 15 min after we arrived for them to mow it. We signed up for 9 holes which is typically the front 9. Upon arrival we were told it was the back 9 only as they had a tournament on going. This tournament was not known about.
Good Value Course
This is a bit of a hidden gem in the Nashville area. Good track, gives you some different looks throughout the course without being overly tight, nor wide open. some challenging holes that will require placement shots, but overall this is not a "target golf" style course. The condition overall was good, greens were fairly true, though hard ground provided a challenge for approach shots to stick and putts rolling fast. I will say the new carts are great, including GPS, hole views and built in Bluetooth to stream music from your phone during the round, really nice touch. The rest of the facilities are just okay, but it doesn't matter since you're not coming here for the country club experience. Just grab a cooler of beers from the bar upstairs and hit the course. 7/10.
Great Place to be
Challenging course, reasonably priced, convenient location. I live in Franklin and much prefer it to some by me.
Greens Rolled Great
Third time playing here and these were the best conditions yet. Greens were rolling incredibly, fast but not unfair.
A little bare spots between tee and green but great value for the money when the greens are this good.
Nashboro
Went out for a quick 9 with the wife. Nothing too special in the pro shop, lots of elevation changes on the course but not much more difficult than any course with a few doglegs. Dry spots along the edge of the cart path for a few yards but otherwise well maintained and good for anyone just trying to get a round in
mid as could be
the first hole is not for long hitters even though it looks far, I went right through the fairway. Some of the tee boxes (even on the par 3's) were as hard as a rock and had fuzzy light grass grown to the height of a golf ball. it was a Saturday. the ginger guy in the pro shop couldn't have been chiller so props to him. it's pretty solid for the price there are just little problems that could probably be fixed pretty easily like the tee boxes needing a trim.
Pretty good value
Course in good shape and a reasonable challenge without being overwhelmed. Cart paths could use some upkeep. And a driving range would be nice.
