The course and driving range was in excellent condition!

This course is known for some of the best greens in the area and they did not disappoint. For winter conditions the greens were fast and true. Sand traps were well kept and seemed to be recently restocked. General course conditions were above average for time of year.
Course is relatively flat with water and sand being in-play protecting low scores.

Greens were super fast. But would hold a shot. Loved them!!! Course is in better conditions than most, this time of year. Can't wait to play again.

This course is good for any level and in amazing condition.

I booked as a single and when I showed up for my tee time the starter said he would need to find another spot for me because the other 3 players showed up with a 4th. Even though they only booked the other 3 spots. Doesn't booking a tee time guarantee a slot whether you're a single or a foursome?? The pro shop attendant AND the club manager had an "oh well" attitude about the whole thing. Very ridiculous and unacceptable. I would never recommend or visit this course again.

Pretty nice course, greens are almost always fast. The back and forth layout is not very appealing. Fairways are well maintained and the rough is easy to hit out of.

Slow play initially due to fog delay but the management did a good job of reducing the backup. Course is in good shape given we are full into winter with pretty tight lies. The greens run very true and fairly quick. Good course for high handicappers. Fairly forgiving until eighteen.

Bring few old balls, first nine has lots of water.

Would say the course is in better than "maintained" condition. Just not "pristine". I found it challenging but not frustrating. Very true greens! I will definitely play this course again at the GolfNow price.

Had a great day from the time I got there until I left. Fairways like carpet and the greens were fast & slick.

Probably the best greens in Houston. The course is well maintained, bunkers were pretty consistent, tight fairways but open enough you can recover if you miss. Firm greens that roll true. Stay below the hole!

If you are looking for a very well maintained, challenging course with some of the fastest greens in town, then Cypress Lakes is your answer.
The greens were slightly slower than usual, but hey, it is the middle of December...and to be honest, they were still a ton faster than any other course I have played in the last six months. Not many trees on the course, and don't go searching for any errant shots in one of their lakes...there is a reason it is called Cypress Lakes...and there are more than a few snakes in those lakes!
Overall, this is a great value and worth your time!

greens are really fast, difficult on a windy day. not much grass on the fairways which makes for very tight lies. I hit better iron shots out of the rough than off the fairway.

From the practice range to the greens a very nice course. Greens are outstanding, fast & true. I would definitely play here again.

Course was in great condition. Greens were impressively smooth. On of the better of the courses out here on the northwest side of houston i think.

Enjoyed the course conditions , pace of play was not acceptable.
A Group of five was allowed to slow down all other golfers. It has been my understanding that when you play five , you must keep up with normal pace of play.

Fazio did this course justice. The greens are really fast and you better be on your game.
