About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

Greens are good
Aeration texture gone, Greens in good shape coarse green from rain.
The Course was relaxing
The employees at the course were very easy going and accomodating.
I would recommend the course.
Great place to practice your short game
Flew in from Michigan for the weekend. Played this course both days courses in great condition. Just been aerated. Staff is amazing especially MOE one of the starters great guy. I had a great time. Will be back again soon.
Great for beginners or a quick round
Had a great experience overall. Greens were being aerated so putting was an adventure, but the course is a well kept executive with a few Par 4s and a Par 5 sprinkled in. Great place to work on your mid to short game. My driver came out of the bag 3 times. Not too hard and would be a great place for beginners of all ages.
Dog Track
What a pile of garbage! Tee boxes are horrible, greens are like putting on shag carpet from the 70's. Spend a couple of extra bucks and play Cross Creek! I'd have been there if they weren't closed. Run don't walk away from this dog track!
Really well set up
Starter was courteous and started us on the 10th hole because there were novice golfers at the 2nd hole. The course was in remarkable condition considering the amount of rain prior to our arrival.
