About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

Overrated
T‐times were 1hr behind...they ran out of golf carts.
Staff said this was normal during nice weather.
It's not a Country Club atmosphere. It's like club in the country.
Great option for seasonal golf in SWFL
It can be tough to find decent golfing options if you’re in the general public and it’s winter in Southwest Florida, but this club is really a gem that should be considered. I was able to make a last-minute tee time on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and played just about at my own pace. Course is in very good condition, especially the greens, and offers some really interesting and pretty challenging layouts, especially from the back tees.
Bad smell
We arrived for the first time playing at the course and was met with a very underwhelming odor around the club house. Found out that they were spreading some kind of fertilizer that smelt like Cow manure. Very disappointed with the odor all. Day while playing but I can understand it needs to be done sometime but we picked the wrong day for our first time. Probably would okay the course again knowing that the odor isn’t around. On the turn nice bar setup for refreshments Wuick and easy.
Is a good executive course
Pace of play was a bit slow but other than that it was a very good day. Staff very friendly
Happy to Play
We were paired with the famous Dale. Truly a pleasure to play with a friendly and happy person.
The course is pretty good. Greens are challenging and run fast.
$60 a person is a bit much for this course.
Would play again.
Nice Executive Course
Overall nice round with „old“ Dale, a lot of fun.
Greens are a bit slow but run true.
Good value for the money for 40$, but not a 55 $ or higher Track.
