Myerlee Country Club
About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

Short game?
The people were nice but this place is only good to practice your short game. Not very good condition, greens long and slow, tees beat up. Get what you pay for...
Golf Myerlee
Excellent round of golf. Course in good shape.greens tricky. Course in very good condition.Challenging executive course.
Nice course
Nice par 3 course with several long challenging hole and several short/ small tight greens.
Best Par 60 Course in the Area
This may only be a par 60 course, but it is the most challenging and best designed executive course in the area. Many of the longer holes are true par 4's--310 to 420 yards. And with 3 tee position options,, many of the par 3's can play in the 170's. Most golfers will use almost every club in their bag. There is plenty of water waiting for errant shots. The course is very fair, but it can be humbling. Most of all, it is fun, and has a very friendly and helpful staff.
Good Course for Short-course Practice and Beginners
As a newbie (somewhat) to golf, this course was good to work on my short game. Each hole presented enough of a challenge to keep me engaged and focused. Would recommend to those that are starting golf as well as those that need time perfecting their shirt game. I will definitely play here again.
RIDICULOUS
Pace of play was horrible, we followed two twosomes who where behind a male foursome who each had their own carts, both twosomes had enough after nine! We decided to play on and finally after FIVE HOURS we quit after 15 holes, it was disgusting for a par three course thank god it only cost $15 with a cart!
A great day on the golf course
I needed a break and get out of the house and it was a perfect day on the Golf course.
Nice course
I have golf there many times. We are now out of the high season (snowbirds went home) and the course was not overbooked making play much more comfortable. During high season, its totally booked and you always have someone behind you waiting and you cant go any faster because someone else is slow in front of you. In any event, its a pretty nice executive course to play. Greens and fairways are well kept.
Best executive course in SWFL
I play here frequently and it’s a consistent, positive experience. The staff inside the pro shop are great and they actually remember you. Bob the starter is a bit gruff but he’s alright. Sometimes the pace gets off, but it’s snowbird season so it’s expected. I’d consider this my home course.
one more time
The course was brown and the water was murky so not very aesthetic . greens were fast enjoyable non the less.
