Myerlee Country Club
About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

Perfect Exec Course on a Perfect Day
Course is always fun and interesting to play. Some holes are a little on the short side but I used every club in my bag. It is in good shape too.
Myerlee Afternoon
I played with three very nice people from Illnois. I have played the course before and it is a good place to start after the winter layoff. Greens were good, price was right and the inside staff person was very friendly and helpful
First time at Myerlee
This Was my first round of golf in more then 25 years. The fact that is was a par 60course was a blessing. I found it good for the golf I wanted to play at this time. However, it is not in very good condition compared to most course I’ve been around but the value was good and considering the fees at the better conditioned courses it was relevant value. I would play there again until I emotive my game if I do. And I would recommend it to others not wanting to spend a lot of money for a round of golf.
good for executive golf
Good value and my daughter who's a first time golfer had a blast.
Your in close quarters so be careful . No one yelled for and balls were landing everywhere.
Pleasant Round of Golf
I had the privilege of golfing with 2 gentlemen. 1 was 91 years old and the other one was 72 years old, both members at the course. One of the most relaxing games I've ever played
Better than a sharp stick in the eye
Very, very slow they need a Marshall. Great pro shop staff. Course needs some professional attention. After a very slow day the tiki bar was a welcome sight.
Not satisfied
People in the pro shop were very helpful and the starter did a good job. That is the only good thing about my experience. The putting and chipping greens were horrible. Course was in bad condition. Pace of play was very slow. We quit after 12 holes. They need a Marshall to speed up the play. Also the tiki hut no longer sells bloody Mary's. Darn.
Not as fun anymore
Sad to say this cute little place has gone downhill.. health department issues...really sloooooow pace of play.. won’t go back anytime soon
The course needs better control of the times and pace of pkar
I paid on golf now for 18 holes with a tee time of 3.23 p.m. 4.00 teed off. Groups in front were more concerned with drinking their cooler of beers instead of golfing. Waited every hole and shot. By the 9th I had enough of waiting. No staff around to talk with so I left the golf cart outside the club house. Believe you owe me 9 holes of play. Course nice...experience sucjed
good learners course- Myerlee GC Fort Myers
for the money it was good. wouldnt pay anymore for this. One hole was 87 yd pr 3? from blues....
some of the tee boxes were crowned , not the best for a tee off. .
overall i would play it again. consider it just another executive course in Ft. Myers where they are plentiful...
Great Course
Very nice course both my wife and I enjoy playing. Well maintained. Get to use all the clubs in your bag so it is fun to play.
Bermuda rough is just that, a little rough.
, For a short course, it has enough variation to make play interesting. Clean up the rough and you have a winner here.
An hour late on tee time. No carts people standing and waiting for carts to come in. Pace of play was the worse of any place I played. Booking and managing is poor.
