Plug greens
The course was in great shape except for the greens. The greens had been plugged a few weeks ago and so they were a little bumpy. This is to be expected, it is something that must be done for the over maintenance of the course. Overall the course was in excellent shape, just watch out for the sand bees in a few of the traps.
Best Course in Louisiana!!!
The course is in super condition! The practice facilities are unmatched in the Baton Rouge area. The staff is awesome and greet me by name always. Treat yourself to a round at Beaver Creek.
Great Condition
About a month and a half the greens were in poor shape, but Monday the greens were in excellent shape, as well as the sand traps and fairways.
Beaver Creek - a great course
Greens in great shape. A 30 min Downpour afterthe 13thhole did not stop us...course drains extremely well. Great value for the $$. One of my favorite local courses.
Great day for golf
Course is in great shape, greens are slick. Can't wait to go back. It's a must play if in the area
Nice course BUT BEWARE of Gnats
The course is in pretty good shape. Greens are very fast but have crab grass growing on them. Very good layout and tougher than it looks because of the amount of out of bounds locations. Would def recommend this course BUT only after they get rid of the gnat problem.
Green condtion
Course wa in pretty good shape, fairways had recently been airated and traps in good shape. Only issue was some of the greens, lots of small weed growth made for rough bumpy putting.
Nice day
I played at noon, course was empty so pace of play was great. Greens had just been arieated but still putted true. Great day
Finally didn't have to wait
Played a round in 2 1/2 hours. No waiting and was able to go off early. With the exception of the wind and sanded greens, this was a perfect round.
Necessary evil?
Beautiful day, the only complaint was that the course had been aerated by machine and the greens had been seeded. A necessary evil I guess.

Best Course, Best Value
I play this course at least once per week. This is the best course in my area hands down. Best practice facilities, best staff and best value for the money. I’ll keep playing Beaver Creek on a very frequent basis
Nice course
The course was in good shape and the greens were decent. People need to learn how to repair divots in the fairway and ball marks on the greens. They have a large clubhouse with very few amenities
