Club at Hidden Creek, The
About
The Club at Hidden Creek is one of northwest Florida's most treasured courses. Opened in 1988, it is still relatively young but it has built its reputation on it its well manicured greens and lush landscaping. A few years after opening, a local newspaper ranked it the best golf course in northwest Florida. The course features tree-lined fairways that tumble across scenic rolling terrain. The challenging golf course once served as a host site for the US Open Qualifying Rounds. Water hazards come into play as well as several strategically placed bunkers. Although seasoned golfers are kept on their toes, the layout is more still approachable thank to four different sets of tees. The Club at Hidden Creek has a longstanding reputation amongst the local community and many would consider a visit to the Emerald Coast incomplete without it.

Hidden creek Golf course
All 18 holes of this course are challenging and fun to play. The entire course is very well maintained and professional. There is only one drawback and that would be water retention, after a heavy and prolonged rain some of the sand traps Will fill with water and take a week or so to dry out, but that shouldn't be a reason not to play this beautiful course. Just remember that Florida is flat and it takes a water logged ground days to absorb the very tropical rains this course can get
Great course for the price
Very nice course. Has had a lot of rain lately so there is standing water in places not normal. Hole 8 is the biggest issue with pond overflowing. However this should correct itself soon. Do recommend this course
Course is always in great condition greens always perfect favorite course in the area
Extremely wet conditions
Good course for the GolfNow price. The fairways and greens were in very good shape. Lots of water on the course due to recent rain and local water company policy. Several lakes were over flowing into fairways. #8, par 5, was almost unplayable with a large lake 240 -300 yds off the tee. Then a 200 yard carry over water with only a cart path wide sliver of land to the right of the lake. As a Florida course it was draining well but still very soggy conditions throughout so we played ball in hand all day. Fairway rough and first cut around greens was thick with all the rain so a good challenge for most golfers. Greens were well maintained and consistent. Great value in dryer conditions. Staff was very professional, new Yamaha carts and a nice club house/locker room complex.
Hidden Creek Course
Course was very nice but had flooded traps & hi water due to heavy rain this week. Most all the couse was playable but several holes had hi water & lots of traps still had water in them. Overall course was very nice with excellent greens & fairways.
Fantastic course
The course was in great shape despite being aeriated recently. The greens were soft but fast. The fairways were in great shape. The fairway bunkers were huge and tough but well laid out. Speed was a bit slow but I expected this in July at the top course in the area at the beach.
Course was in great shape
Course was in great shape, number 8 still has wet area but other than that the course was awesome.
Great course!
The course was very well kept. The greens and Fairways were awesome. There were a couple of holes with water, but we've had a lot of storms recently so that is understandable. Even though the course was packed out with players, play was not slow. Really did not have to wait for play at all.
Excellent Course
Best golf course in the area. Excellent condition and not only the staff but, players on and off the course are always very friendly. Make you feel welcome and seem glad you are there.
Considering joining.

Hidden Creek, Hidden Gem!
Beautiful course, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. Fun to play. Has some good challenges without being frustrating.
Great track
The course was in better condition then the last time I was there and better that time then the time before. For the money hard to beat. My comments however are about Mike in the pro shop. We had an issue with clubs the day we visited and Mike helped us work them out. He was great and is a credit to your staff. Give the man a raise. I will be back without a doubt and Mike's "let me help" attitude is the primary reason why.
This course was majestic!
We were impressed from the moment we drove up on PGA Blvd. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. The course marshal came up to is in the clubhouse and had mentioned that we look familiar from a few months ago, we hooked up at another course and played together. The Entire course was absolutely stunning and it was challenging. We will definitely drive the hour one way to play again.

Course was in good shape. Local knowledge is helpful. Worth the play.
Great course!
This course is a great value and golf course. Staff and golfers were very friendly. There was a cart that brought refreshments along the course. The layout is both beautiful and will challenge you. The fairways are in great shape as well as the greens! Very well maintained. Golf carts looked to be almost new. I will play here again the next time we are in the area. Excellent experience! Tim
The course was in excellent condition. It had rained earlier in the day but it drained well. Greens were perfect.
Hidden Creek
The course was in excellent shape and the pace of play was not to bad. This is my local course and I play it a lot. There is plenty of holes that challenge all levels of golfers. The only complaint most of the people I play with is the MANAGEMENT of the 19 hole. It is closed 80% of the time after our rounds, they over price everything and do not cater to the golfing crowd. It is a very nice restaurant and bar, but after a long round of golf it is never open, "CLOSED ALL DAY FOR A WEDDING"! Separate a section off for the people, the golfers and locals, that keep the whole place open and pay the bills!
