Golfer Reviews
Hidden Gem of a Golf Course
Have not played Boulder Creek for 10 years, and was looking for a 9 hole course where my family could play and not feel intimidated with a tough, long course.
Boulder Creek was a perfect fit.
Total yards number is wrong on golf now
It’s a really compact golf course with less than 1900 total yards for the front 9. I believe the yard number on Golf Now was for 18 holes which is not available for the golf course now.
Great short course fun
First time at Boulder Creek. Monday 220pm tee time-nobody on the course--so got through quickly. Even though it is a short course, the fairways on the par fours are narrow increasing the difficulty. Some of the greens need some TLC-but overall a fun day. Nice bar for a drink afterward.
A hidden gem
Beautiful course amongst the redwoods. Very laid back.
Great beginner friendly course
A great value!
A great day playing nine holes in the Redwoods.
Narrow fairways lined by Redwoods makes a chalking but fair course.
A great time for our two groups of three, all with varying degrees of golf experience.
Beautiful course
Have played here many times. It’s a favorite!. Truly hope that the back nine reopens one day!
Hidden Gem
Super fun, very scenic, and off the beaten path: I love courses like this. Tee boxes were in rough condition but if you’re not picky you’ll have a really good time
Best Value in the Bay
For a beginner golfer, boulder creek is everything I need to enjoy a round of golf. Pricing is easily the best value in Santa Cruz county, and potentially the Bay Area. Grounds do stay slightly wet most of the time, so be conscious with rain. Greens are in good conditions, and pace of play is roughly 2 hours for 9. Sometimes faster if all groups are moving at a good pace. Course isn’t super challenging for a low handicap.
Hidden gem!!
You’re amongst the redwoods with a fun narrow layout. And for $15 hot deal it’s hard to complain about anything!
