Plays longer than expected
The old course as I call it has made great improvements during the past 8 months. The fairways are looking 100 times better, the tee boxes are getting better but need to be consistently flatter across. The greens are amazing like always, they are better than 95% of the courses that surround them. I enjoyed the track and look forward to another booking.
Bring bug spray
The fairways are generously wide, the rough had high grass. I would have loved this course were it not for the crazy amount of gnats, literally swarms of gnats all over our cart and while hitting. It would get in our eyes, swallowed a few too. Def bring bug spray, not an understatement
Over 5 hours for 18!
Just brutal pace of play. 3 cart pile up at every par 3 teeing off before 12. Unacceptable. The place needs a ranger to enforce at least a 4:30 pace if they can't enforce 4:00 with the long par 3s.

Tee boxes, fairways were rough & patchy .. typical conditions for County / Municipal courses for our current drought conditions .. greens were in good condition .. made some putts. Good economical outlet .. to prep for the better ($) courses ... Get out & Play !! (and be respectful of your fellow golfer's .. too much frustration out there !!)
No keys to golf carts
What a pathetic course with bad management. The golf course was full of golf carts, but with no keys. That’s right, all carts but no keys. Staff say that previous golf players have stolen the golf cart keys and yet management did nothing to replace the keys to make “all” carts available. What made things worse, players were delayed 30-60 minutes because staff gave priority to golf cart keys to tournament players. Seriously don’t know how you stay in business with these practices. Never going back to this course.
If slow play is your thing, this is your course!
Greens are great, fairways are decent, and the staff is very friendly! The main complaint would be slow play. It becomes very frustrating when you spend more time waiting to tee off than you spend playing out the hole, several of which had 4 groups.
No manner on the course
Had a 5 some in front of us with 3 carts. Although they told a staff only 5 of them are playing but sometimes we saw all hit balls. Never concern about pace, and drove carts to green. The entire par 5 hole was open when they teed off. No marshall manage the pace, and when we complained, he came and talked to the group but no improvement.
Course condition was very poor, fairway was bear ground no grass, and green was super slow.
Not worth of money.
