Jensen Beach Golf Club

Good, long, challenging track. Not for the person who hasn’t played in a few months. Greens excellent, fairways good, Tee boxes need work.

I love this course layout and the staff here is beyond fantastic from the cart area to pro shop to restaurant! The greens apparently were recent punch so pretty rough putting and some areas of dead green not so great. The rough was overly ‘rough’ not unplayable but I’ve never lost a ball there and I lost three. Lots of time hunting! Will play again. Challenging and beautiful.

The layout of the course and the people that are working there Are fantastic. Having said that, I know the new owners are doing their best to make this club succeed. I have been playing this course since 1999 or 2000 since it opened. I gave the course a C-minus at best. I hate to say it, but some of the tea boxes look like cow pastures.. A lot of the sound traps have more grass in them and then sand. The par three number eight tea boxes or a disaster. There is a weed problem throughout the course. I can only imagine how much money it cost to maintain a golf course. I have no idea. I know the new owners are trying, but coming into the high season you would think the golf course would be in a lot better shape than it is .But I still enjoy the friendliness of the help that works there.

The course has come a long way from a few years ago. Still a great value.

Played here for the first time after seeing a commercial. Looked nice on the tv but was very disappointed with the course. Poorly maintained, slow play despite low turnout.

Wont be back anytime soon.

Many of the holes are in need of maintenance. It’s difficult to see the fairways on several holes due the height of the brush in marsh areas. The greens were mostly decent yet all of them seem to have areas that are bare or burnt. I was last here about 6-7 months ago some things are better and some need more help. It’s apparent that it’s a work in progress.

Played this course several times in the past as Eagle Marsh. Didn't like it then. Watched multiple TV ads (narrated by Peter Kessler; starring Jarmo Sandelin) and was enticed to give this new, renovated Jensen Beach CC a try. Big mistake. Same old tricked out, soggy, poorly maintained golf course it used to be. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

I play a lot of nice courses on the pricier end but this one just has the amazing bang for the buck that makes it my regular spot. Challenging, fun, scenic. Solid all around.

For late July, course is in great shape. A little slow due to others players only, paired up after a few holes with a great couple and definitely enjoyed the remainder of round. Keep up the good work, a great course to play and know why we are not on the PGA tour!
