Rancho Manana Golf Club

My first round since November and Rancho’s tight fairways made their presence felt. This short course is so much fun with reachable par fives and cool par threes with big elevation changes. My only minor complaint was that the greens were a bit bumpy. Otherwise this is a fun day of golf. Also, the ladies tees are really good for shorter hitting women. Check it out!!

We had no carts when we arrived and did not have carts until right up to our tee time. This seems to be the case every time we have played there. Because of a knee problem we did not walk to the driving range. The tee times seemed bunched together. We waited on every hole and did not get finished before dark. The course and greens were in very good condition.

Tough desert mountain course. Great layout and views. Weekends can be a little slower with pace of play. Course was in good shape with the exception of a few bunkers that were packed wet sand. A bunch of blind shots. Its target golf in the mountains of AZ

The course was in good shape. Certain areas including the front collars were mushy from overwatering. Greens putted well. Overall, a good experience. Maybe a little overpriced, but reasonable for the area.

Beautiful views! Friendly people. If you like narrow fairways and tiny greeens this place is for you!

Nice course. More information about frost delays would have been appreciated. Play somewhat slow at times. Narrow challenging fairways. Beautiful scenery.

Course was in great shape and great layout. Fun to o okay. Very tight greens. Did not have the amenities I expected such as: do not get free range balls with a paid round, no free water on the carts, and carts do not GPS on them.

It is a very scenic course that although a little on the shorter side - is quite challenging. Course conditions were fairly good for this time of year.

One major complaint that I have was the condition of the tee boxes. We were very disappointed in how uneven they were. It was difficult to find a flat area to tee off from. In fact on a number of holes we didn't even tee off between the tee markers as there were no flat spots.

Other than this a nice course to play.

Really nice course but better keep the driver in the trunk though. Words to the wise..

If you want a standard let it fly course this isn’t your track. If you enjoy strategizing and risk/reward Rancho’s fun. Plenty of elevation change and some interesting holes to challenge your accuracy

This is a very short and tight par 70 course. Greens are difficult and most are very small. Several scenic downhills par 3 holes and one challenging (very) uphill par 4 hole. I enjoyed the day but felt like they didn’t have room to build golf course. A couple of par 4s were long par 3 length (250 ish)

Greens as i said were very small, so sharpen your approach game or your short game - you will probably need both.

Must hit them straight! Friendly course for women. Picturesque!

Course was well maintained and in excellent condition. You did have to go through some construction as they are building a new bridge. Course is definitely target Golf narrow fairways, but beautifully maintained..
