Rancho Manana Golf Club

This was the first time playing this course. I found it to be fair, but a bit tricky in spots, and with beautiful views of desert country. The service people were all excellent. The greens fee was very reasonable.

Had 20min frost delay, managed to play under 4 Hours.

Starter was very friendly, marshals on course too. Fairways in great shape, one hole was a par 3instead of a 5 due to repair. All 18 are different, the First 9 are really nice for the views!

Gorgeous mountain course but very difficult for the weekend warrior golfer! I would definitely rethink my approach the next time I play it. Friendly and helpful staff, good sandwiches, I’ll be back!

Nice course but expensive for what you get as for golf course. And at this price, range balls should be included as many other golf courses. But for the scenery, 5 stars.

Golfed here back in 2009, got my first hole in one on the 11th hole. Course still in excellent condition, friendly staff, has proshop and restaurant. Fairways had slight undulations, lots of elevations, greens were terrific. Greens were a little faster than average, had some undulations. Tons of saguro cactus. Hitting fairways and greens will make game easier but missing fairways and overshooting greens will probably result in a penalty and lost ball. You will see and perhaps find lots of lost balls but many cannot be accessed due to dense brush or prickly bushes. Price is a little more than other courses but worth it in my opinion. Everyone i have talk to who has golfed there agree that it is a great course. Not a great course to be walking, best to use a cart due to the elevation changes.

Rancho was absolutely immaculate. Grass was in impeccable condition. Weather was perfect. Pace was slightly slow but nothing not complain about. Staff was very friendly and informative about state of play. Will definitely be back soon.
