About
The East Valley's Superstition Springs Golf Club offers one of Arizona's most testing layouts, measuring over 7,000 yards, with a slope rating of 130. Golf course architect Greg H. Nash designed the course and worked with the landscape already in place to provide the abundant mounding, wide bunkers and good-looking but tough-playing water features.
By the time he had finished with the Superstition Springs Golf Club, Nash had created a golf course that Golfweek called one of America's Best Golf Courses.
After - or before - a round of golf at the Superstition Springs Golf Club, hit up the restaurant for breakfast, lunch or drinks either inside or on the patio, which overlooks the golf course's signature hole, the ninth.

First Time in Phoenix
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The course had area of trash that were on the curse from heavy rains and geese flocks were a nuisance. The course was very playable for 14 handicap player
Perfect day
A bit too difficult for me.I just came from MN the day before and hadn't played for months.

So Much Potential
Really nice track from a technical and topographical perspective but doesn’t hit this potential due to neglect and disinterest. Lots of standing water, poor drainage, washed out bunkers, garbage. They flipped the two nines a year ago so my GPS watch was off all day. Over 4 1/2 hours to finish. Only option at the turn was a six minute wait for a burger. Cook the patties ahead of time, I won’t mind. And why do the guys in the shop say “ you’re all set, you paid on line” and send me out the door without offering range balls (which are extra)?

Golf cart GPS
This was brutal today….had to push the cart multiple times in areas that were less than a foot away from the fairway.

We appreciate your feedback and want you to know our team works diligently to prepare the course for play following periods of rain. Due to our presence in a flood basin, our low lying areas will hold water for a few days following rain in the are. We will look to better direct guests away from these areas on days like these.
Slow play and late T times
Had 1:08 tee time but didn’t tee off until 1:40. Slow play and didn’t finish 18 because of darkness

1st time playing here - will be back.
1st time playing here - will be back. Would not pay more than $70 US. Had recently rained so they were not able to cut the tee boxes etc which is understandable. Couple of interesting holes you need to play once or twice to understand. 18th hole is really pretty to look at from the tee box. Will look to buy their player card - appears to offer good value.

Poor value
Frost delay and no notice prior to tee time. Pace of play was brutally slow. Waited on every hole. Better value elsewhere Won’t be back.

Scottsdale trip
Staff was very friendly when greeting us from the bag drop to the starter. Pace of play was pretty slow and there didn’t seem to be any rangers doing anything about it. Between a par 4 & 3, there was 5 groups waiting. The ranger said it will loosen up. But, it didn’t. We waited on every hole.

This course was fun and challenging
Water, slants, little grade changes, and landing areas require you to play this course a few times to successfully feel comfortable. Every staff member of this course was extremely friendly all the way to when they were closing. They made my first experience here at the course very enjoyable!

Superstition springs golf
This course was very old. Tee boxes not mowed. Greens were very small and difficult to hit. Trouble everywhere on almost every shot. Not enjoyable to play as you have to hit perfect shot to hit these greens. Good course for 2 handicap golfer.
Not fun to play for the average golfer.
I am 10 handicap and found this course very difficult to score on.
