Greens were excellent..fairly quick...bunkers ok...fairways were inconsistent...rough a disgrace...the overseedgot washed out in some parts of the course..otherwise Just ok...

I played 18. Pace was good. Greens were excellent. Cart path only but should be ending soon.

Under CPO conditions, we thought a 6 hour round might be the case after playing the first 3 holes in 1 hour. The good news was it only took our foursome 4.5 hours (still long, but not too terrible). Course is still in transition, with fairways somewhat sparse. Greens were firm and SLOW. Sand traps had sufficient sand, though some were quite wet. Value was fair/good. Give it 2 more weeks and all should be in much better shape.

This was a nice course to play, and it was reasonably priced. The course conditions were average as some of the fairways were a little beat up. I hope the reason why we were "cart path only" was because fairway improvements were happening. if not, then this was my one negative for the round as playing during a cart path only round can make the day longer and unpleasant in 90+ degree weather.

save your money, the overseed did not come in well at all. Brown and bare spots in fairways. Greens, some of them are good others are too bare. Overall you can find better places to play.

The clubs' starter was great, we were moved out onto the first tee before our set tee time. The pace of play was good, the 4 of us finished a little under 4 hrs. The course was a lot of fun, but sections of the fairways were patchy, devoid of any grass at all., We played "Cart path only", but knew that before teeing off, still a hassle at times. The rough was deep and losing your ball with an errant tee shot was not difficult to do. Would I go out there and play again-you bet I would. Lots of potential to be a great course as I am sure it is once seeding takes hold.

Course was recently overseeded which we were not notified.

Numerous maintenance issues all around the Course.

Rough was very deep in many areas where balls were easily lost.

Greens were shaggy and slow, which is understandable after being overseeded. However the cups were raised slightly deflecting the ball.

Course needs a lot of work.

Today the flow was not good. We had a foursome in front of us that we kept up with but there was a twosome behind us that was always pushing us and there were groups behind them. The other day when we played there the pace was much better. Course in pretty good condition after they did their over seeding.

Overall, course felt a little scraggly with bare spots that had more dirt than grass in the fairway. Greens were good. Staff were nice.

The course has a real nice layout. Staff was amazing. Cart girl was around all the time. Pace of play was slower than I am used to but we still finished in 4:20.

John, the starter, paired me up with a couple of his friends (also starters) and we had a blast!! Course was in great shape despite recent overseeding. Pace of play was great! A lady in the group behind us had a hole-in-one on the 5th that we got to see! Always a great experience at Painted Mt., my favorite course in AZ! John deserves a raise!

This is your very basic beginners course. This par 70 course is in good shape after the water pumps busted causing the course to go bare but once the issue was fixed, the course is finally getting up to par. This has always been a good course to play. Greens were true. Definitely recommend golfing here since the price is reasonable at 45 bucks.
