About
The Palmer Course at Wildfire Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and built in 1997. The par-72 golf course measures 7,145 yards from the tournament tees. "I enjoy designing golf courses that celebrate the sheer fun of golf," Palmer said about this course, "and Wildfire is exactly that."
The Bermuda grass Palmer Course at Wildfire Golf Club is one of two championship courses at the club. It features a GPS option that offers golfers detailed mapping of the Faldo and Palmer courses, precise yardages for tee shots and approach shots to the greens, and the chance to order breakfast and lunch from the golf cart. Additional features include communication with the golf shop, a CBS Sportsline ticker with all scores 24 hours a day, and the leader board for tournaments. Its sibling, the Faldo golf course, also features the system.

Wildfire Golf Club-Palmer Signature Course
Course was in fantastic condition just coming off over seed. However, I wanted a sandwich before teeing off, nothing available but a sit down option and I was appalled that parking to play golf was $10. If that is standard practice for the Wildfire Golf Club.. I will not return.
Good Time
Good time on the course though it was very hot. Totally expected and prepared for the heat. The course is somewhat challenging. I would play again, happily.

Well worth the green fee. Hot and humid…only improvement recommendation is for my game…..practice.
Great course!
We thoroughly enjoyed our round of golf on this beautiful course! My husband and I were paired with two nice young men. The course was in great condition, August is a pretty warm month for Arizona, but we played well! Would recommend highly!

Arnold Palmer Course
Always wanted to play this course and finally I did! It was worth the wait and the course was in amazing shape! The staff was awesome, the clubhouse was great, and well I can go on and on about this course but you should really see and play it for yourself! Thanks to everyone at Wildfire!

Nice course
My Wife and I enjoyed another round at The Palmer course . We appreciate the conduction of the course in general , but especially the greens. We will be back
Impressive
This was our first time playing this course , and both of us were impressed. The maintenance detail was outstanding , bunkers were raked , trimmed and maintained, and the greens were excellent. We look forward to playing this course again .
Will play again
Course was in great shape with very open fairways. I was fortunate to stay out of the bunkers the whole day or it would have played much more difficult for me.
One of two great courses here, play them both
The Palmer course is a bit less challenging than the Faldo but not by much. Outstanding design and perfect greens.
Recovering from Storm
The Palmer course was in generally good condition. Tee boxes were level and lush; fairways were in good condition; fairway traps needed TLC; sand traps closer to greens were full but wet; greens were slow (a “7” per the Starter). As a single, completed the round in under 3.5 hours (playing 2 balls on several holes), due to me being allowed to start early. Enjoyed the round; particularly nice with a very cheap rate available through TeeOff.
