Las Colinas Golf Club

Should have teed of earlier got far to hot but the pace of play was good as few people played as it was over 105

I like Las Colinas and play it regularly, but it is in the worst shape I’ve seen it in quite some time. Lots of greens around the valley are mediocre right now and Las Colinas is no different, but I was more disappointed with the fairways — lots of dead grass, to the point of more dirt/mud than grass in many areas. Even in our heat and drought in summer I’ve not seen Las Colinas this bad — really surprised and disappointed.

The course Is in great shape. The greens have bounced back beautifully. We really enjoy playing this course.

Staff is very good at Las Colinas. Tee boxes were good, fairways were okay but were very wet as they try to get the summer grass established. BUT, wear repellent as the mosquitos were the worst I've seen in years. Greens revovering from aeration but pretty good. Shot my low round this time!

The course was ok, not great. It was a lot of weeds that were cut down that comprised a lot of the fairways; only dirt in the sand traps, no sand; tee boxes (ladies especially) were set where there was no grass; greens were very long grass and VERY bumpy.

Greens, tee boxes and fairways were very playable. Will be even better as course finishes with areartion. Variety of holes makes course fun and challenging. Pace was slow again.

Came to play expecting another enjoyable round and got just that. Love the layout and mix of holes. Greens were slower than normal but should be amazing after the summer aerification is over. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were very playable. Would love to play this at my own pace but still hasn’t happened, had to wait all round but love the course so a pass given again. Play here when you’re in the area, definitely worth the drive.

Course in good condition. Fairways and greens really nice..Pace of play decent. Had to wait a couple of holes, but not bad.

Played here today with a friend and had a good time! The pace of play was great as well as the staff. Just a few concerns as far as the sand traps and the carts. My cart wasn’t really cleaned that well and I had take out my Lysol wipes and wipe down the steering wheel, seat and every part of the cart I imagined my hands would come into contact. There was bird poop on the seats and though I probably could’ve exchanged it, I was already loaded up. Living in the days of Covid-19, I expected them to be a little cleaner. The traps were pretty much dirt and mud, but if I avoided them like most of us would like to, this wouldn’t have been a problem.

Greens were slow but in fine condition. I haven’t played here in a while but was excited to see that they cut down a few trees and knocked back the marshland to the right on Hole 4, I believe. Need to have coolers in the carts though

All in all, a great experience! I’ll be back!!

first time playing, VERY disappointed. Course was really in lousy condition even for an AZ summer. Greens were good, tee boxes brown fairways lousy. Wasnt in any bunkers couldnt say the conditions. first time here, so driving down first fairway is a brand new ball, didnt seem right, so i drove on past, then i see a 2-some behind me, apparently hole 10 is adjacent to hole 1, definetly dangerous. will not be back here

My son and I had a good time as we always do playing this course. We saw the beverage cart twice on each nine. The course was in good shape for this time of the year. We started on time and played pretty quickly. Nothing bad to say and we had a very nice day of golf.

My wife and I played the course this morning, and I shot the best round of my life! The course was not overly difficult and it was in great shape. Conditions were perfect and the two “locals” we played with were friendly. Thanks for a great morning!!
