Cleaver course layout the requires shot making. GPS guided and scoring makes it convenient. Staff very friendly.

Course is in tough shape, greens were punched but slow and long, rough is super long. There were dry patches everywhere including on the greens.

Great day on a great course. Its an hour drive each way but worth it.

Course is filling in with grass after tough summer. rough is spotty but if you get in thick stuff hard to get out. greens need to speed up a lot they were slow. overall prince was good for what we paid on a Sunday AM. Better than $80.00 at Los Colinas!

The restaurant was closed on the Wednesday afternoon we were there, no explanation as to why. We had not planned to eat there anyway, but found it odd to be closed mid week.

I've played STH probably 100+ rounds. Conditions were so so, but everywhere is rough with the hot March we had in AZ. Pace of play was horrible, even for the weekend. The group in front of us had 3 holes open and the ranger did nothing. Beyond frustrating to play at an almost 5 hour pace. I would still recommend this course, but weekdays only.

A little muddy and no ball washers to be seen. On the course or in the cart. Greens roll nicely. Compared to many courses such as The Raven. A few scenic holes too. Overall for the money a good place to play

I was disappointed with my experience at San Tan Highlands Golf Club. The course itself has potential, but the overall pace of play was terrible with no marshal on the course to help keep groups moving. There was also no beverage cart after noon, which was frustrating, especially during the Arizona heat. Between the slow pace and lack of on-course service, the round took much longer than it should have. I hope management addresses these issues because they would make a big difference in the overall experience.

Challenging two different types of nine holes. Great course to test my golf skills - uneven fairways with short grass, tough reading greens, some roughs!

Except a slow speed of a few groups in front, good value to try.

Friendly fairways, wide and seemed mostly to slant back toward middle on both sides. Middle of alot of fairways were in bad shape however, lacking grass. Greens were decent, medium size and was even able to leave a divot if your approach landed. Course winds through residential streets more than any course I’ve played. Back 9 a little more interesting than front. Nice views throughout. If I lived closer I might play again but for a 45min drive each way probably not.

They're charging premium prices for an average course at best. The back nine is interesting, but the front nine is as boring as it gets. Over half of the fairways were browned out and/or aerated, and the best hole on the course is hitting off of mat instead of grass. Drive 15 minutes further south to Poston Butte for a much better value.
