About
The golf course at Las Colinas Golf Club stretches over a gently, rolling landscape sprinkled with over 2000 cottonwoods as well as various other native grasses and plants. The greens are separated by ribbons of desert washes, where golfers sometimes catch glimpses of local wildlife. Although the golf course is not as demanding as other championship courses, the layout features an interesting variety of holes that requires precision from every club in the bag. The course offers a challenge for all skill levels with doglegs and lakes coming into play on some holes. Located in the growing community of Queen Creek, Las Colinas Golf Club has become a popular choice in the Valley.

course in decent shape considering day before overseed. about one tee time behind at start but pace was good all day.

Would I play this course again?
Played this course the day before closing for over-seeding so it was not in great shape. It is too easy for mid to low handicappers if looking for any challenge at all.

Scalped course too expensive
I don’t normally write reviews, but my goodness, $40 for a round of golf on a course with barely any grass. PLEASE! It felt like I was playing on a parking lot at times. The 10th hole didn’t even have tee markers. I understand courses in AZ need to be over seeded in the winter, but courses usually let you know and drop their rates to accommodate the poor conditions.

Los Colinas
The course was in perfect shape for this time of year before over seeding. There were lots of golfers, but we still finished in 3.5 hours.

Just OK
Los Colinas is what it is. I played the Coyote tees (back) at about 6700 yards. The course had not been over seeded but there was grass cuttings laying on most fairways. The traps were hard packed and contained little sand. The greens were really in good condition. Not overly fast but they rolled pretty true.
If you want wide fairways that are surrounded by houses on each side this is your course
I would play it again because I believe it will be in much better condition after they over seed.

The course is in good condition overall. Sand is hard, greens have come back nice from aeration, but are a little slow. Great value for the money. I will be back good track for the money....

Unfriendly staff and poor course conditions
The staff was hanging out in the proshop and they wouldn’t sell us any beverages or food. The course was dirt. Seriously, hitting off hard packed dirt in the fairways and around greens.

poor conditions
Fairways are bare dried up. The rough is choppy and Full Of Weeds. The greens are bumpy and slow.

Very poor conditions
I’ve played this course multiple times and found the conditions to be very poor today. I played the course 3 weeks ago and it was in much better shape then.
During my booking, I was not notified of the punched greens and airiated fairways. This course will not be playable for at least a few more weeks. Be advised!

Los Colinas
The course was in fairly good shape for the time of year. The fairways were partially groomed, but there was no transition from fairway to rough. There were patches on the fairways where the rough injected itself. The bunkers were hard and crusty.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The clubhouse/19th hole was ok and the food average at best.
It was a good course for the dollar value and time of year.
