The Links Golf Club At Queen Creek
About
Editor's Note: Course closed for business. There are plans for redevelopments into a residential area.
Set in a private, gated golf community located in Queen Creek, The Links at Queen Creek is not a typical Arizona desert course. Most of the course including the signature third hole, features ample trees, grass and water. This Sam Wese design, which opened in 1994, features four sets of teeboxes to accomodate everyone from low-handicappers to novice golfers. The Links at Queen Creek is a popular host course for tournaments, as the staff is skilled in event planning, execution and promotion.

Excellent condition
We rolled out about 30min late. Pace was great, a little soggy in spots, otherwise perfect. Staff was terrific again.
Great course
I love this place to bad they’re selling and putting up condos.
All good except the marshall and 5somes
Nice enough course but got stuck behind a group of 5. Lady course marshall should not be dealing with the public. Her only concern was that we were not pushing the 5 ahead of us. She said they were such wonderful golfers that they were not a problem. All this while one of them was so good he was playing from the red tees, thank goodness as at least 2 of them were hitting 125 yards at a time !
Great Course & Staff
Have played here for a few years. Great Course , Staff & amenities.
I think this place is great and highly recommended it.
The course is always meticulously maintained and the Staff works very hard to make sure you enjoy the round.
Good value
This was a nice place to play, verry mature trees and established course. Greens were quicker then i was used to but once we adapted things went well. Only issue we had was when we started there was a hole open ahead of us because there was a late group, then there was a threesome just ahead of us that were naturally quicker then us, haveing never played here there ended up being about a hole and a half open ahead of us, this led to the Marshall telling us 4 times to hurry up, and watching us for 6 or so holes, started to feel rushed. We eventually closed up the distance ahead of us by not finishing out a couple of holes with using 10 ft gimmies. When done we finished in under 4 hrs, which seemed reasonable to me, seems like we were being punished for a starters screw up, but other then that we enjoyed the day. Couse was verry forgiving and yet as hard as you want to make it, alot of dog legs were you're not really sure where the greens were but they supplied couse guids which helped with shot placement and club selection since we hadnt played here before, ill probably be back.
Attractive and nicely groomed
The course is in really good condition from tee box to green and very forgiving. Although, there was a bit of debris on the very hard greens which made for some challenging putting. Staff were very friendly and kept the pace of play moving right along. I would recommend this course to golfers of all skill levels. Good value for the money booking twilight tee times.
Good conditions
Tees, fairways and greens are in very good conditions. There is actually an abundance of rough. Green complexes are gentle sloping and firm. Lots of mature trees and vegetation. Cart gal came by often. Pace of play was very good.
Grass
Best feature of this course is your playing on grass not hard pan or gravel. Greens roll good but hard and don’t hold. Recommend though for the money. Friendly staff!
A great course for me!
The course is in beautiful condition, the weather was perfect, the course was not crowded. The staff are always welcoming. My favorite course anywhere around. I just wish I played more!
Enjoyed the Links
Nice course for the money, fairways and greens were in fair shape. Golfers, pleasetake a second while your buddy is lining up his putt and repair you ball marks on the green!!!
First Time Disappointment
I have been playing this course all winter and this is the first time I was disappointed. This course is always maintained very well except for this morning. The green where covered with leaves and debris. The maintenance staff should have been working on clearing the greens instead of mowing.
